There was no safe in a room and staff disregarded a request. Terrible.

전반적으로는 괜찮은 시설이었고, 차로 이동시 주변에 마트와 쇼핑 가능한 상점이 많이 있어 편리했습니다. 불편한 점은 방의 히티 소리가 너무 컸고, 샤워기 물이 약하게 나와 씼기가 불편했습니다.

Light at my very entry way did not work but they fixed. Had no towels when i got there. Stains on my sheets. The light switch in the bathroom was cracked exposing wires.

As I arrived I was immediately greeted by the front desk and they made checking in a breeze. The room was great overall 4/5 just because I felt the cleanliness wasn’t to its full potential. Lots of parking and modern rooms.

The rooms were dirty. Paint peeling off shower wall. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. No hot water. Low water pressure. Poor communication from front desk associates. I asked for some information and they said they would get back to me and never did. Poor internet. Bed was nice and comfortable.

The area around the hotel is dirty and feels unsafe. Very limited dining options

We had a great time visiting while we were at a Dance Competition. The staff was great and very friendly.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was kind of weird to get to but once we arrived parking and check in was easy. We didnt quite figure out how/where to order food. There wasnt a ton of info provided on that. They have a bar but it didnt look like they had a kitchen for preparing food. The room was very clean with the exception of something weird on the bathroom wall and a hair in the shower but everything was great otherwise!

Good location for my own reasons. Room was dark. Surrounding area has a large homeless population and was not super clean.

The front staff booked us into the wrong room: they gave us keys to a different room at 12 am in the morning. I was only notified when the room key didn't work, and the person inside said, "not your room." To which we had to get new keys for. When we finally got into our room at 1am, it had a bad smell due to the AC filter being old, and the bathroom light never turned off. We requested a new room, which they were nice enough to provide. Since we Ubered and did not use their parking, they refunded $60 worth of parking rebate that I never received in Expedia nor on my credit card. Terrible experience overall, would NOT recommend again.

Excellent choice for short visit. Close to mall and charging stations for someone travelling with an EV.

Everything was really good, staff was friendly and patient with me since my native language is not English. Room was big enough for 2 people and so was the bathroom and also really clean. My only “complaint” was that the sofa in the room smelled like Cheetos and there was some dirty spots but overall was a really good experience.

no walk-in shower, no handheld / flexible shower heads with hose. they only have old fixed shower head that are hardly adjusted. shower stall dirty. they only give u 2 bath towels. u will need to ask for more if u need more than 2. ok to stay. but not for this price tag. like paying 4-5 star price for a 3 star hotel

We arrived late from a long flight from Chicago only to hear that their system was down and they couldn't check us in. After about 30 minutes of so they did check us in but couldn't take our credit cards because that system was now down. Finally got to my room and wanted to take a shower and the shower curtain was hung way too high. The bottom of the shower curtain to the tub as a 1 1/2 " gap so the bathroom flooded. I used up all the towels to sup it up and was too tired to change rooms.
