전체 평가 및 리뷰 Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

A truely spot on example of a poor managed staff lacking the skills to execute the level of service needed at 5 star hotel being a member of leading hotels of the world. Every service staff we made contact with during our two night stay were very disengaged and seemed like they didn’t understand the purpose of their job is to make guests feel welcomed and they lacked awareness, respect and kindness. Its been quite a while since I’ve experienced such poor level of service and commitment on all levels.

Excellent hotel and would definitely recommend

enjoying the nature and the atmosphere very relaxing environment, clean rooms and amazing staff.

Everything i expected from an hotel of this caliber

The gardens and the pools, food options at the resort sub par

Alojamiento inmejorable. Trato muy bueno por parte de todo el personal

Have been here before and service level’s are falling. On the positive side there is a new pool area, and still nice surrounding in the hotel. The negative is to less space in the open restaurants for lunch, so if you want lunch you need to book. I you are late for lunch you will not get any at the hotel. 😩

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos regresaron el dinero

Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans cet hôtel fin juin, donc un peu avant la haute saison d'été. L'hôtel nous a en fin de compte pas mal déçu car il n'a pas grand chose d'un 5* : ce n'est pas franchement un havre de paix chic pour touristes en quête de repos et dans un cadre idyllique. Certes il faut reconnaître que les jardins sont absolument magnifiques et bien entretenus avec des plans d'eau nombreux, des dénivellements en cascade bien conçus qui donnent une impression d'être en Thailande ou à Maurice, mais la comparaison s'arrête là et le reste n'est pas à la hauteur des tarifs ni d'un 5*. Points négatifs : le service est assez médiocre et typique des hôtels-resorts espagnols de moyenne gamme pour tourisme de masse tels qu'on en trouve beaucoup sur la côte méditerranéenne dans cette région d'Alicante ou plus loin. Une clientèle assez bas de gamme, principalement espagnole avec beaucoup d'enfants, et étonnamment peu d'étrangers. Le personnel ne parle pas beaucoup anglais du reste, et a du mal à comprendre autre chose que l'espagnol, mais dans l'ensemble plutôt sympathiques essayant de bien faire. Non, le gros point négatif concerne toute la restauration, très chère (tarifs parisiens plutôt haut de gamme) et franchement médiocre en terme de qualité. Beautiful resort with amazing pools and gardens. Wonderful amenities for children. It’s a bit dated but very well maintained.

Perfect place to stay.

In general it is a great hotel. The amenities are great. Unfortunately, considering that it is a Leading Hotel of the world it does not hold the quality standard. There where areas that where poorly maintained that can be taken care easily such as placemats in the restaurant during breakfast where broken and some tables where damaged. What needs a little more effort is the quality of food. The food lacked taste and was not to the level of other Leading Hotels of the World. Other than this issues I still recommend the hotel and we had a lovely stay with ample rooms, great pools and kids activities.
