Rebecca is alway a great staff member. Always helpful

Bathroom unclean, saw a bug, areas of peeling and mold. Bed sunken in needs replacing.

Shower was horribly stained with grime, soap scum and whatever else. Looks like mold growing on the ceiling of the shower. A used wash cloth was left in the shower along with a ball of hair. Never ever staying again... Although the staff was pleasant

The night we went to check in they told us that in January they cancelled all reservations and put the rooms back up for higher prices due to an event in town. They said they are sorry I wasn’t notified. And of course they were booked. We had no place to stay 9 hours away from home. Everything was booked for the event we were also attending. Do not recommend!!!

Roaches and bedbugs the person in register did not want to refund us until we called expedia and they had no option to refund. Thank you expedia for helping us get the refund back.

Too many undesirables walking around and yelling. We didn't feel safe so we left without staying

The room worked for what we needed but there were multiple areas of improvement I would suggest. - Floor was peeling up in several areas. - The shower had definitely not been cleaned well (could see dirt on walls when light hit it right). - Toilet seat was damaged. - Bed spread had stains. - Refrigerator had a huge block of ice all around and in freezer. Needs to be defrosted for a day at least to allow it to melt and be removed. Drinks we put in refrigerator were frozen after 1 night.

It was so bad we did not stay and lost all our money. The smell was horrible of smoke and there was stain on the bed. There were also homeless in front of the hotel. Very uneasy area

Was everything that it was supposed to be and nothing that it wasn't

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, not necessarily q safe neighborhood, didnt realize when booking from Idaho. Any time my husband went outside he was asked for money, smokes, rides to a food bank by other patrons of the hotel. He wondered if the hotel doubles as transitional housing for the houseless. Very strong smell of ammonia throughout the premises.

The hotel is not made out to be what on the website. Dirty. Out date, bad area

The ppl standing outside ur room on corner 1st floor all times of night makes it a little scary and hard to sleep

I absolutely love Rebecca the front desk staff. She does a fantastic job. Also all the house keepers work very hard my room was clean and smelled amazing also you can’t beat the price.

It was disgusting. Had bugs. Pee in the shower. Toilet was dirty. And people were smoking right out side the room which made the whole room smell. I left, I didn’t even stay 15 minutes. Then was refused a refund and had to pay for a different hotel.

Very nice stay it was very convenient for shopping and handling task. Prices are unmatched

Understanding and clean

My overall stay was good, but did not feel safe—- many homeless hanging around there.
