매우 편안하고 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았습니다.

모든 부서 직원분들이 훌륭한 서비스를 제공해 주셨습니다. 모두 친절하고 항상 웃는 얼굴로 매우 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 호텔에는 코인 세탁기와 건조기가 있으며, 기차역 바로 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 객실 내 에어컨은 온도 조절이 가능하고, 캐리어 두 개를 놓을 수 있을 만큼 충분한 공간이 있습니다. 전망도 아름답고, 일부 객실에서는 도쿄 타워까지 볼 수 있습니다! ❤😍😘

바쿠로초역에서 아주 가깝습니다. 하네다 공항에 가실 경우, 이 역에서 아사쿠사선을 타시면 환승 없이 바로 도착하실 수 있습니다. 그리고 물론, 세븐일레븐도 아주 가까이에 있습니다.

호텔은 기차역 바로 옆에 있어 주요 역으로 이동하기 편리합니다. 하지만 객실별 에어컨 온도 조절은 불가능합니다. 객실 청소는 2~3일에 한 번씩 진행되며, 생수는 제공되지 않습니다.

무료 조식이 제공되었지만, 매일 메뉴가 똑같아서 좀 지루했어요. 위치는 정말 최고였어요. 관광객들로 붐비지 않고, 역과도 가깝고, 호텔 바로 옆에 세벨 레스토랑이 있고, 주변에 식당도 많았어요.

큰 짐을 가져오신 건 좀 아쉬웠지만, 나머지는 정말 훌륭했어요!

호텔 위치가 정말 편리해요. 바쿠로초역 4번 출구가 바로 옆에 있고, 세븐일레븐 편의점도 바로 옆에 있어요. 아침 식사도 다양하게 제공되어서 무슬림인 저도 생선, 밥, 과일 등을 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요 👍 다음에 도쿄에 오면 꼭 다시 이 호텔에 묵을 거예요.

컴포트 호텔 정말 좋아요! 아침 식사도 훌륭하고, 역과도 가깝고, 세븐일레븐도 있어서 편리해요.

Great location, near the subway station and JR station. Breakfast is so delicious, they serve fresh juice and salad that I like much.

I was expecting the worst tho, But instead I was shocked of how well the service is. They clean the bathroom almost everyday, they make the bed and change the linen bed when needed. Also the breakfast is kind of meh for me, I was wishing at least 1or 2 local food, but it is mostly intercontinental food. But warning for people who has a lot of stuff, cause I would not recommend this place if you have a lot of stuff because of the space restrictions. But if you a backpacker I would suggest this hotel of how convinient it is. 7 Eleven just below the hotel btw, the pharmacy is just 200 m away, and the free tax store just infront, they sell winter coat, shoe, basically a fashion store.

Strategic location near 2 JR stations and lots of restaurant options and convenient stores. Friendly and helpful staffs that can speak English fluently. Good breakfast with a lot of variety.

Clean and comfortable hotel with small rooms that are well equiped, just TV channel only fews and in local. There is no cleaning of the room everyday, but at least will picking up trash and changing towel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with some choice even the same for everyday. The hotel doesn't have a lounge area but they turned the dining area into a cafe and soft drink (both free of charge) after breakfast until midnight. Convinience shop (7/11) just at the left side of the hotel and the JR station is in the right side and within the walking to connected other 2 subways station.

ทุกอย่างดีมากค่ะ ใต้โรงแรมมีเซเว่น ฝากกระเป๋าก่อนเช็กอินและหลังเช็กเอาต์ได้ มีทำความสะอาดทุกวัน อาหารเช้าอร่อย เป็นแบบง่ายๆ เมนูหมุนเวียนเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ให้บริการตอน 6:30-9:00 น. มีร่มให้ยืม ขอให้ฟรอนต์ช่วยจองร้านอาหารได้ด้วย ภายในห้องไม่แคบเท่าไร สามารถกางกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาด 28 นิ้วได้ ถ้ามีโอกาส จะกลับไปใช้บริการซ้ำแน่นอนค่ะ

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 시내와 가깝고, 지하철역과 JR 역도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 역에는 엘리베이터도 있어서 짐이 많은 여행객에게 적합합니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 특히 1월 6일에 체크인할 때 서빙해 주신 직원분은 정말 친절했습니다. (이름을 묻는 걸 깜빡했네요.) 조식도 훌륭하고 다양했습니다.

Good location, walking distance (200m) to few different train / line. Next to 7eleven, found a nice noodle store right opposite. Room slightly small but all basic necesarry amenities are there. Pillow too thin & soft. Hotel c/w laundry at 2 differerent flr. Overall ok.

좋은 호텔이고, 위치도 좋고, 아침 식사도 맛있어요.

Lokasi hotel ini sebenarnya bagus, hanya 2 stasiun dari Tokyo Station, tapi terkesan kurang akomodatif terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan. Sebagaimana hotel di Jepang pada umumnya ada perbedaan harga yang cukup signifikan antara yang "room only" dan yang "breakfast included". Kebetulan saya menginap 2 malam, malam pertama oke, tapi malam kedua saya tidak jadi menginap meski sudah bayar. Karena jaraknya cukup jauh dari bandara Narita, dan situasi saya belum kuasai, dan pesawat Air Asia yang membawa saya ke Bangkok jadwal pagi, maka saya putuskan tanggal 27 Januari 2017 malam jam 21 waktu setempat, saya berangkat ke Narita menginap di bandara. Saya hanya minta bantuan ke pihak hotel supaya breakfast saya diganti/dikompensasi dengan roti kecil sebagai bekal di bandara, namun tidak dipenuhi pihak hotel. Juga foto2 roti roti menarik di profile hotel, ternyata tidak seindah kenyataan.
