The best hotel in the region. Employees knew how to treat the guests..Food is also best one.

Excellent service, I especially liked the butler service. Very responsive. My biggest complaint was that we could hear neighbor above very clearly. Like a cheap apartment complex. I requested another room as the resort was not very full. They talked to above neighbors. Needless to say they didn’t tiptoe for the rest of the weekend and problem continued. Still a beautiful place with tons of amenities .

I thought the property was beautiful, enough space, and activities, the staff was extremely helpful, except for the beach attendant, who seemed annoyed most days about moving umbrellas. Love this resort and I look forward to returning

Aunque nuestra habitación no tenía buena vista, estaba muy cerca del restaurante, playa y Alberca. El hotel tiene muy buen servicio, en la playa es muy bonita, aunque nos tocó con mucha piedrita

We absolutely loved our stay at The Regis. Beautiful, well maintained facilities at a private beach, as well as located in a secluded area. It was quiet, peaceful, perfect for relaxation and recharge. The food was one of the best ones I have had! Their spa was wonderful as well. Above all, the service we received was top notch! My only complain is, our vacation days were too short lol— We didn’t want to leave! :)

It is 4- star resort.Suna & stem room extra $40 per person . It was ok .
