접근성 우수 방은 쓸데없이 너무 넓음 조식은 아주 간단한 빵과 커피 와이파이 잘 됨 청소도 깨끗

가격이 좋아서 2박을 묶었습니다 첫날은 카프리에 가고 둘째날은 바리행 기차를 탔습니다 호텔 복도와 에어컨 시스템른 최첨단이었습다 아침식사도 좋았습니다 다만 체크아웃할때 호텔스닷컴에서 결제한 내역이 늦게 확인되서 기차에 늦을까봐 불안했습니다. 그래서 서비스는 4점입니다 나폴리 역에서 거리가 멀지만 항구에서는 가까워서 카프리 갈때는 좋았어요 나폴리는 전반적으로 원래 도로가 지저분한거 같아요 쓰레기도 많고 개똥도 많고 ㅋ 이상입니다

Ottima posizione

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast choices were excellent. My small double bed in the standard room was comfortable. Not having a window in the room felt odd. A great location.

The rooms were clean, and staff was nice, please bring cash because they don’t accept credit card for tourists tax fee or pay for breakfast, we requested a queen bed, how the put together two mattresses you either way feel the whole in the middle so is uncomfortable, the street is dirty and not flattering but I will say that is not the only one, price was okay, thanks for the attention and service.

Friendly staff and great location for the city and the port.

It’s a picture of umbrellas on the front page - this did not exist. The receptionists did not give any instructions- we as guests had to ask. Very clean, close to restaurants and the port.

L’hotel si sta rifacendo il look. Alcune cose non necessitano di grandi interventi ma comunque restano trascurate (es calcarle nel soffione della doccia oppure disordine negli spazi comuni, o ancora pile scariche nel telecomando). Pulito e camere comode. Non ho trovato nessuno alla reception e ho perfino dovuto aspettare 10 min nonostante suonassi il campanello ripetutamente.

Very basic. Hotel had construction and ladders. Dirty walls, run down. One pillow no bath mat.

I like the location of the hotel being close to shops. It is clean and well maintained though I could use a softer bed. The staff are nice though and the location is convenient.

The property is located downtown Napoli walking distance to all clothing stores, restaurants and the pier where tourist ships arrive. My room was good. It was clean & cool. I didnt like the bar area, it seemed a bit dark and gloomy. The elevator is small with a claustrophobic feel too it. For what I paid, it was worth the money. The staff was kind and helpful

Bien placé, propre mais la chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre (une petite lucarne givrée dans la salle de bain et un puis de lumière condamné au plafond…) et il n’y a personne au comptoir pour faire le check-in ou pour déposer les bagages avant 13h30.

Nice Location, friendly staff, we could leave your luggage there on our last day

+ location is very convenient: 10 minutes of walk (with luggage) to the port (ferry to Capri etc.), 5 minutes to very good pizzeria evo, 3 minutes to metro station + rooms are clean, far from big but there's sufficient space + you can have a coffee and Italian-style breakfast at a cafeteria at ground floor, and there's also a grocery next door + a very nice terrace on the 3rd floor - there is ongoing renovation on some floors so using stairs you pass by some open electric wires - can't tell about other rooms but ours had a view on a neglected courtyard and a shanty building - there's no free water in the room but you can buy one in a vending machine for 1 euro

Simple room. Centrally located so good for exploring.

The place is ok (although a bit overpriced). The main issue is the loudness of the service employees during early morning. They make quite a bit of noise in the hallway and it really bothers.

We had two couples in our party. We were on the fourth floor when we got on the elevator, the doors closed and the elevator was stuck. Wouldn't go down and the doors wouldn't open. We were nowhere near the 480 kg rating (1050 lbs). We tried the door open and the 4th floor buttons, no luck. We tried the elevator phone button, no answer. We called the front desk on our cell phone, no luck. We could hear the desk phone ringing up the elevator shaft. I finally forced the elevator door open. We took the stairs down and the staff were all gone. About five minutes later, they arrived on a scooter and showed no concern when we described what happened. My wife's fear of elevators happened and they didn't seem to care. We took the stairs the rest of our stay.
