Room is very very small. It likes a motel..

깔끔하고 조식도 엄청맛나고 수영장도좋고 아 정말 모든일정취소하고 거기만있고싶었음...... 너무너무좋아서 얼른 또 가고싶음. 지금있는 바르셀로나에서도 이베로스타호텔생각만하는중.

쾌적함

마요르카 공항에서 가깝고 해변 바로 앞이라 언제든 바다로 나갈수있다는 점,해변가를 따라 늘어선 카페테리아에서 차와 칵테일 간단한 식사를 할 수 있다는 점에서 휴양지로서는 최적의 조건을 갖춘듯 합니다.호텔 디자인이 모던하고도 깔끔한데다 무료로 업그레이드까지 받아서 바다전망의 넓은 객실에서 만족스러운 휴가 보냈어요. 가격대가 좀 있지만 그럴만한 가치는 충분했다고 봅니다!

Alles in allem war es sehr gut.

Great hotel in a horrible location. The hotel itself is nicely decorated, clean, beach style look, with all facilities you’ll need and located right by the beach. You’d think it be perfect. Lovely rooftop pool and bar. Chrysoula in the reception was amazing and the hotel should be really grateful to have her as part of the team! The buffet selection was very nice and tasty, both for breakfast and in the evening and the staff very friendly and helpful. All in all it’s impossible to say anything negative about the hotel itself, nor the staff, but unfortunately it’s located in the most horrible location. I have heard of places like this, but actually never really believed they existed. I stand corrected. The area has exactly the type of clientele you dread, doing everything not to experience the local culture. Signs, advertising and menus in German rather than Spanish. Staff members in shops and restaurants greeting you in German, not Spanish. Fast food everywhere with curry wurst, other German sausages and döner kebab every couple if meters, as well your Burger Kings and McDonalds. Additionally, navigating the beach promenade through extremly drunk visitors most times of the day just made the visit to Mallorca a first and last. However, the hotel was great and located in a different place, I would definitely both recommend it and come back myself.

Room was clean - very much a German guest hotel - staff were rude and unhelpful would definately not stay again or recommend.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ac conditioning was not working

Superior Double Room Sea View - 10/10. Great size. Lovely and clean. Very nice decor. Heard hardly any noise. Bathroom - 10/10. Nice, clean ‘open-plan’ bathroom. Great shower. Great towels. Very nice toiletries. Bed - 10/10. Lovely bed and pillows. Some fantastic nights’ sleep. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Pool Area - 10/10. Lovely size pool, but very cold. The area around the pool was great. Very clean, quiet and plenty of loungers. Gym - 10/10. Good size, with very new and decent equipment. Spa - 8/10. No treatments, but used the jacuzzi/pools. Not that exciting though. Breakfast/Dinner - 10/10. Stayed half-board. Very impressed. Decent variety and all of good quality. Could possibly improve on the heat of some of the dishes. Staff - 10/10. Superb. All staff were professional and polite. Hotel - 10/10. Great location for a 4 night stay. The hotel and the grounds very very clean and nicely decorated. It’s right next to the beach and the area itself is very nice for a walk. The A2 bus to and from the airport, as well as the 25 to Palma stop just outside (turn right outside of the front of the hotel). Guests appeared to be 90% German, as did the surrounding area. Turning right at the beach is quieter with less going on. Turn left and you’ll soon encounter the German bars and stag/hen dos. No issues though and if we’re ever back in Palma, we’ll probably return here.

Beautiful, clean room with a huge balcony. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious dishes.

Fantastic breakfast.Great staff. Great location. Unfortunately we chose single beds in the three rooms however the hotel decided otherwise... Tried to charge more money to upgrade.

Dont trust desk staff. They tell you things that are smoke and mirrors. One cook honest and one doing things against policy. Much more. Overpriced on everything. Small rooms too.

Excellent hotel highly recommend

Very clean, nice staff, sea view was worth the extra money. Breakfast could use a few items more. Low water pressure on top floor. Would stay again.

Very good service compared to playa de Palma next door where we stayed last year despite a lower star rating
