Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn schoon doch verouderd. Eten is divers, maar vooral de vleesgerechten vielen me iets tegen. Op meerdere dagen kip en varkensvlees. Weinig beef daarentegen. Slaapkamer aan kant van de weg zeer gehorig! Geeb geluidsisolatie zodat het af en toe leek, alsof we op de weg sliepen in plaats van ernaast. Echt een minpunt.

First room smell lika Mould and they change us to a new room and 3 hours after we put our stuff there we hade 400 ants in the room, this is not a 4 star hotell in room and area.. just the location thats realy good.

Séjour de rêve! On est parti en famille à 4, avec mes deux enfants de 8 ans. Tous les 4 on a adorés: appart, piscines, tous les repas, les animations et super la localisation plage / port d’alcudia.

Wor haben in der Beschreibung den Punkt....sehr familienfreundlich ..überlesen. Das ist das hotel wirklich. Sehr viel Animation für Kinder. Sonst aber echt gut. Tolles Buffet. Würden wieder kommen !

Its amazing how absolutly every staff has got a friendly welcoming face. Room was clean with a wonderful view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plently of options. Perfect place for children too. Beach is right behind the property.

Vi har været yderst tilfredse med hygiejnen omkring hele hotellet. Personalet er meget professionelle og virkelig venlige – altid smilende og imødekommende, uanset hvor på hotellet man møder dem. Vi havde vores tre drenge med på ferien, og de kedede sig ikke et eneste sekund. Det skyldes især de mange aktiviteter, som personalet havde forberedt for børnene. Hotellet havde også underholdning om aftenen, herunder shows som var børnevenlige. Efter man havde nydt lækker mad på deres smukke restaurant, var det en rigtig god afslutning på dagen.

Amazing experience, lovely staff will very smiling faces and very polite. Mr Jesús was amazing alongside his colleagues. We will definitely come back. What a family paradise. White sand beaches with bar and restaurant. Lots of fun and we did our run every morning with an amazing sunrise. Thank you forever

Vi reste 2 vuxna och 2 små barn. De hade bra mat, många aktiviteter till barn, personalen proaktiv och trevlig. Rummet var fint och rent. Det endast negativ var ventilationen i rummet som fungerade ibland och AC var likaså. Som tur vi reste i oktober när vädret är behagligt.

Flot og god beliggenhed. Sødt personale og god rengøring. Det eneste dårlige ved hotellet er sengene.

Équipements vieux dans la chambre, hotels bruyants le matin. Transats difficiles à avoir si vous ne vous levez pas TRÈS tôt. Mais l'hôtel reste sympa. Par contre, superbe plage.

Bra underhållning hela tiden. Mest britter och tyskar. Stenhårda sängar.

Food was great, but rooms are very outdated. Walls were also paper thin. We weren’t ale to sleep in once due to all the noise.

Die Unterkunft ist toll, aber leider erwas in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovationsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles gut, top Buffet (wer hier nichts zu essen findet, hat ein ganz anderes Problem). Personal ist stets bemüht und und aufmerksam. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand. Der Hafen von Alcudia ist fussläufig sehr gut innerhalb 20 Min. erreichbar.

Fantastic hotel, rooms a little dated but some much going on for families we were only in there to sleep. Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect. All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!

Five star, only problem was flushing toilet but after noticing it to the reception it was solved within 30min. Kids (and we) were super happy with breakfast and dinner (only had half board), good variation of foods. Drinks and beer at low prices. Nice entertainment both during the day and the evening, best was the foam party last day. Excellent location with only a few meters to the beach and the ocean.

Todo perfecto. La atención del personal y la comida son insuperables. El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable. Volveré a repetir sin duda.
