업그레이드까지 해주셔서 굉장히 좋은 룸에 머물수 있었다. 좋은 위치와 아름다운 경치, 넓고 안락하고 편안한 방까지 모든점이 완벽한 숙소

This place was amazing! It’s literally a historic palace transformed into a small hotel. The staff were attentive. The bartender was amazing. Splurge and get the suite!

Fantastic room and great location. Staff were friendly and professional.

I felt like we got ripped off. We asked for a canal view and our room was so dark and it didn't really have a full window to look out of. We spoke to some other guest and paid more than them but didn't have a nice room like theirs. It was disappointing. I really felt like we over paid for our room.
