Clean room friendly staff and a nice little pool

Best place to stay. Staff was great and the rooms are good considering the price.

Helpful desk clerks. TV was a real pain to figure out. Thin walls. People talking in the room beside seemed loud late at night. Clerk spoke to them and all was fine. Nice clean room. Good bed. Modern amenities, except TV.

Clean room, bed was comfy. Nice staff, always smiling. Breakfast was good. Could hear people walking in the hall and above room.

Didn’t particularly like the room we were in with the separate livingroom and bedroom. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway.

Love the handwritten welcome note in our room. I’ve stayed here before and it’s always a great stay. We had an issue with our TV, but it was promptly fixed. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you!

Comfortable rooms, floor could have been cleaner in the room. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was very nice and accommodating .

Wasn’t very clean. Pool had apple cores, and a torn apart tennis ball bits all over the place. Stains on the walls of the room, as well as the lamp. Broken beer bottles in the staircases. Just wasn’t a great environment as we had 2 smaller kids.

The rooms definitely need an update, but we prefer this location. Also there was a hockey tournament taking place, and the hotel was filled with young boys and their families. However, staff were quite vigilant regarding noise, etc. and the stay was quite quiet.

Great hotel

Check in staff was super friendly and courteous and made it easy to upgrade my room after a last minute change in plans. I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and the room was clean, had all needed supplies, and a nice cold fridge. It was a Hockey Tournament weekend (as it often is in the area) so it was a little noiser than usual with lots of kids running around. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. My go to spot for stays in Peterborough - the staff, rooms and price make it the best option!

Staff were great, the room was 16° When we arrived, hot tub closed despite website indicating it as an amenity, very thin walls in this place, at 2am listening to a guest above us with tv volume cranked as they stomped around the room. front desk attended and it was turned down. Breakfast was good.

Staff were very kind

The staff at check in were great. We realize somethimes arrival and check in times do not match and cannot always be accommodated. Upon our early arrival, they were able to help us out. We are very greatful for their understanding and professionalism. Furthmore, the room and daily breakfast met our needs, making it a pleasant stay for the weekend.
