Guomao 역과 연결되어 있어 교통이 편합니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하구요. 전망도 좋습니다.

청결하고 직원들의 응대태도도 매우 좋았습니다. 객실로 가는 엘리베이터가 복잡하긴 했지만 참을만했고, 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

객실상태며 전체적인 호텔 분위기며, 숙박은 편안했고 만족합니다만 직원들의 서비스 레벨은 아쉬운 부분이 밚습니다. 조식 먹는 식당은 말할것도 없고 프론트 직원들조차 영어로 소통이 잘 안됩니다. 조식포함으로 예약했는데 체크인할때 불포함이라고 해서 이메일 뒤져 여행사에서 트레블 바우쳐 다 찾아 꺼내 눈 앞에 확인 시켜주니 그제야 조식포함이라고... 예약시스템의 문제인지 언어의 문제인지 암튼... 기본적 서비스 마인드며 태도에 아쉬운 부분이 많아요. 중국도 앞으로 점점 나아지겠죠.

전반적인 시설등은 매우 훌륭함, 조식도 매우 훌륭함. 단, 직원들의 영어수준 등은 시간대에 따라서 조금 어려운 분들이 계셨어요. 컨시어지 데스크는 잘 운영되는 편이었고, 요즘은 로비에서 담배를 피지 않는게 매우 인상적이었습니다.

호텔은 아주 편안했고, 위치도 이동이 편리한 위치였다. 수영장은 따뜻한물이 있는 자쿠지가 있어서 좋았고, 붐비지 않아 편안히 이용할 수 있었다.

The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway. The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions. During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again. Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel. Room is clean with pleasant smell.

Service was excellent and just a minor complaint in the last night where there was no second face towel and no cream was replaced. Other than that we thought the service was fantastic. Special kiddos goes to Jenny Zhang during breakfast and Gary at the concierge downstairs entrance.

Love it’s location

Amazing. GM and Manager of the Grille restaurant are both outstanding. Very welcoming as are all the staff. Good location if you are in Beijing on business.
