도심 대로변에서 3-5분 거리인데도 호텔주변은 어두운편이며, 호텔도 낡은 저택 4층이라 첫인상은 별로임. 이런 점때문에 여자들만 이용하는 것은 비추천. 그러나 호텔 내부는 잘 관리되어 있고, 조그만 라운지도 있음. 특히 아침은 훌륭하게 준비되어 있어 호텔에서 지내는데는 부족함이 없음. 전에 귀족 저택이라는데 객실 천정을 호텔 이름처럼 궁궐같이 꾸며놓음.

시칠리아의 호텔 사정이 그리 좋지 않다고 해서 걱정했는데 이 호텔은 기대 이상의 서비스를 보여주었습니다. 렌트카 때문에 문제가 생겼을 때 여직원(이름이 아마 모니카였던 것으로 기억됨)이 정말 성심껏 문제를 해결해주려고 해서 고마왔습니다. 아침 조식은 훌륭한 편이었고 특히 크로와상이 기름지지 않으면서도 겉은 바삭하고 속은 부드럽고 쫄깃해서 매우 만족하였습니다.(로마 쉐라톤 호텔 것보다 나았음) 다만 욕실이 추워서 다소 불편하였으나 서비스가 훌륭해서 만족스럽습니다.

의외로 구석에 있어 택시가 찾아주지 않았으면 찾기 힘들 었을 것임. 현대식 엘리베이터가 아니어서 많은 짐을 가지고 다니기 어려움. 주의할 것은 안내 데스크가 1층이 아니라 2층에 있음.

Good location, however accessibility is very poor. Hotel needs an urgent upgrade. Room and beds are not comfortable

We stayed here for the 1 night and arrived very late, check in was easy. For the price, it was what you expected. Decent size room but bathroom needs some work. Location was a bit sketchy however walkong distance to all main attractions.

Værelset var elendigt, allerede da vi kommer ind på gangen er der en lugt af gammel surt gulvtæppe, da vi åbner døren til værelset er der hed varmt, og lugten af endnu værre. Da vi ser ud på badeværelset er der noget der ligner skimmelsvamp omkring badekarret. Afløbet i badekarret var klamt og ulækkert. Aircondition larmede voldsomt og der var meget larm fra gaderne

Title: Serious Safety Hazard — Avoid Until Fixed! I stayed here and discovered there were no clear fire exits, blocked emergency stairs full of building materials, and no evacuation plan in the room. When the power went out, we were trapped with no clear escape route and no help from staff. This hotel is a fire hazard and unsafe. I reported it to the local fire brigade and the city. Until they fix these basic safety violations, I strongly recommend you stay elsewhere for your own safety. Titolo: Grave rischio sicurezza — Da evitare finché non sarà messo a norma! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e ho scoperto che non ci sono uscite di emergenza ben segnalate, le scale antincendio erano ostruite da materiali da costruzione e nella camera non c’era alcun piano di evacuazione. Quando è mancata la corrente, siamo rimasti bloccati senza una via di fuga chiara e senza assistenza adeguata dal personale. Questo hotel è un pericolo per la sicurezza. Ho segnalato tutto ai Vigili del Fuoco e al Comune. Finché non saranno risolte queste gravi violazioni di sicurezza, consiglio vivamente di scegliere un’altra struttura per la propria sicurezza.

Excelente stay!

Superb location for sightseeing a few minutes walk from Via Etna, actually street was a bit scruffy, though that’s a thing in Catania. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection and lovely lady doing the coffee and replenishing supplies. The roof terrace was gorgeous at sunset. But our room was run down and the bathroom was mouldy and the bsthroom floor was constantly drenched, even when we arrived and hadn’t touched a tap.

Very old building we thought was abandoned upon driving up. Near a square w many homeless

Location was fine, close to the city center. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The facilities are on the older side. The view from the room was straight toward a wall on the single window we had.

Le gros point positif c'est la situation. L'hôtel se trouve dans le centre historique. Tout se fait à pied. De plus il y a une belle terrasse d'où l'on prend le petit déjeuner qui est bien. Autre point non négligeable, le parking situé dans la cour intérieure de l'hôtel. Par contre la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous. Des papiers qui traînent des clients d'avant dans la salle de bain. Les joints de la baignoire qui sont noirs. Ça ne donne pas envie. De plus l'insonorisation est inexistante. De 6h30 du matin, on a été réveillé par le déplacement de meubles. Certainement l'installation de la salle de service du petit déjeuner. Ça a duré tellement longtemps que ce ne peut pas venir d'une autre chambre. Quand on arrive devant la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel, on ne reconnaît pas du tout la photo vue sur le site de réservation. C'est tellement laid qu'on est surpris.

ロケーション、スタッフのサービスはよかった。殊にテラスでの朝食は内容、雰囲気、スタッフのサービスなど素晴らしかった。問題は夜間、蚊に悩まされたことだった。

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, rooms were perfect, breakfast good. Fantastic hotel in a great location in the heart of Catania. Will definately return
