Not bad but not worth the price. First contact person had no personality. Rest of the staff very friendly and professional. Check out very pleasant and appreciative. Location is good.

Quiet, incredibly clean, staff was amazing.

Room was clean, properly

Mostly clean any small put good tv setup. Could use it with all your home accounts as well.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Close to Raymond James which is why I picked it. The pool needs to be better maintained. There were thousands of dead bugs in it because it never got skimmed. But that's not a deal breaker at the end of the day.

Friendly Staff King Suite's air conditioning made a thumping sound(annoying) non working fan in bathroom- body wash container in shower was empty.

The property was clean and room was fine. The breakfast was awful. Dried out eggs, stale muffins and bagels. Just not as ecpected.

Parked forever away from the entrance, then charged 10.65 for parking and then told I had to walk BACK out to put a pass on my car dashboard. 😡

Comfortable beds but I don't care for feather pillows. Staff was friendly & helpful. Liked the larger refrigerator & stove, DW & microwave.

Reasonably priced and clean hotel near Raymond James Stadium. Staff was courteous. $10 parking fee for outdoor lot that was not disclosed at check in but showed up on the bill.
