I can't believe this hotel is 3.5 star. The location is very good, but that's all. The room is very old. I'm usually not particular about room condition, but this time even I feel bad. The location is fantastic, but I recommend the other hotel.

I want to stayed at Lido Island as a less crowded place. Although it is a very good location, it has some drawbacks. First, there was no refrigerator. (not sure only me or not.) Second, classic atmosphere was good, but there was a lot of noise when I walked on the floor.

우선 위치가 리도섬 수상버스 정류장 앞에 위치해 있어서 본선으로 이동 하거나 돌아올때 힘들지가 않습니다. 아침 조식도 괜찮고, 방 컨디션도 나쁘지 않습니다. 본섬이 아닌 리도 섬에 묵는다고 하면 여기 추천~

2017년 7월 3박 했습니다. 이 호텔의 유일한 장점은 5초 거리에 바포레토 정류장이 있단것 뿐. 도시 특성상 건물이 오래된건 감안하겠지만 그럼에도 불구하고 전반적으로 너무 낡았고 더러웠어요. 엘베에서 내린 순간 복도부터 방까지 전부 카펫을 바닥에 깔아뒀는데 오래돼서 퀘퀘한 냄새가 진동을 하고 방 안 에어컨은 언제 청소했는지도 모르겠을정도로 까만먼지가 그대로 붙어있고 심지어 시원하지도 않았어요. 벽지엔 물이 새서 생긴 얼룩이 그대로 있고, 벽지가 낡아서 계속 덧대붙였는데 그마저도 군데군데 뜯어져있었어요. 그나마 욕실은 리모델링을 했는지 깔끔했네요. 침대위 하얀 시트위에 도대체 왜 보풀이 엄청 일어난 두꺼운 요를 덮어뒀는지도 의문. 룸 청소시에도 타월교체나 어매니티 교체랑 침구정리만 있을뿐 바닥청소 단 한번도 안됐어요. 욕실바닥에 떨어진 머리카락도 그대로 있었어요. 조식도 빈 음식 보충이 늦어요. 신선한메뉴가 적고 가공된 베이커리류가 많아서 아침먹기엔 불편했어요. 그나마 리셉션 직원들이 친절해서 좋게 지냈는데 마지막 직원 한명이 시티택스 거스름돈 받으려고 손내밀고 있는데도 바닥에 탁 내려놓는거 보고 다시는 여기 안묵어야겠다 생각했네요. 진심 거스름돈 챙기는데 호텔방에 두고온 팁 다시 가지러가고 싶었어요ㅋ

만족하였습니다.교통편도 좋고 친절하네요.

애매하게 본섬에 숙박하는 것보다 위치적으로 훨씬 좋았음. 바로앞(말그대로 바로앞 30초거리)에 수상버스 정류장이 있어서 본섬이나 공항까지 가는데 불편함이 전혀없고 바다뷰인 방에서는 바다가 바로보여 좋았음. 본섬 반대방향으로 걸어서 8분? 정도면 리도해안이 나오고 바로 옆블록에 마트도 있음. 주변에 식당도 있고 바도 있어서 좋았음. 창문을 열었더니 12시쯤에 밖에 바에서 술마시고 소리지르는 사람이 있긴했는데 큰 문제는 없었음. 1시반정도 살짝 일찍도착했는데 체크인 가능했고 조식도 괜찮았음. 2인 조식, 편리한 위치, (비교적)넓고 깨끗한 방을 생각한다면 합리적인 가격의 호텔임. 베네치아에 다시 가게된다면 또 묵고싶은 숙소임.

It is close to the boat sation, venezia's public transportaion, just in front of the station so it was easy to take the boat when you move and you can go to Lido beach nearby. Also I like the restaurant nearby that hotel staff recommended for dinner. The room is quite samll but nice breakfast, lobby and kind staffs.

베네치아에서 바포레토로 20분 정도 떨어져 있지만, 번잡한 본섬에 비해 한적하고 여유로운 리도섬에 위치하고 있어 좋았음. 더욱이 바포레토 정류장 바로 맞은 편, 즉 바다 바로 맞은 편에 위치하고 있어 최상의 접근성을 갖춤. 주변에 근사한 레스토랑도 많고 10분 정도만 걸어가면 리도 비치에서 산책을 즐길 수도 있음. 조식 서비스도 굳!

Staffs were friendly. We had to leave early in the morning so requested breakfast to go which was fulfilled smoothly. Thank you for pleasant stay

The location was perfect, the room was beautiful with a private balcony nicely decorated ,Thomas at the front desk was extremely nice ! Easy checking process ,the restaurant staff was also pleasant .

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem limpo e conservado.

A nice view to the sea and just a few meters from the ferry nr 1 from the airport.

Foi boa a estadia. Só o chuveiro que não esquentava muito.

部屋に入った瞬間、あまりにも素敵な部屋のインテリアに感銘を受けました。また、カウンターのスタッフは、明日の帰車までの観光スケジュールを親身になって作成。大変役立ちました。トイレの水が止まらず連絡すると、すぐ女性スタッフが飛んできて修理し、笑顔でハイタッチなどとてもフレンディで心に残るステイに

Note: this hotel is not on the main isle of Venice. It's on Ludo Island, which is close to Venice, but not on the main island. We did not know this, and it took an hour and a half by waterbus to get from the train station to Lido while lugging all our bags, etc. And honestly, it takes a while to get to it from where all the big things are on Venice, so you spend more time travelling because your hotel is further out. Luckily, the hotel is just across from the waterbus station, and the bed was pretty comfy, but if we'd known it was going to be so far removed from everything we'd be doing, we wouldn't have booked on Lido. You probably pay more to be on Venice itself, but it's likely worth it. The waterbus "system" is a disaster to navigate, so being further out really does hinder you. the hotel was okay. The breakfast was okay, but not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Italy. But we likely would not stay here again, given everything we know now.

Like everything in Venice, things haven't changed in decades, so don't be surprised if the room looks like your grandmas 1950's parlor. But having said that, the location right within sight of the public transit dock is incredibly convenient, and the breakfast buffet was amazing and I'd stay here again because of that alone. Eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, and croissants so fresh they just came out of the oven some mornings. Easy walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Even the church bell nearby has charm. (Don't worry, it doesn't ring all night.)

Equipe da recepção muito cordial, acomodações antigas, porém bem conservadas. Ótima localização para se locomover por vaporetto. Excelente custo-benefício.
