When we got there at late night, we found blankets were not enough for four of us, the shower head holder was broken and the bathroom sink drainage was very slow. After we complained, they fixed all except the drainage that had never fixed till we left. They don’t even reply my text message for the issue after we moved in.

The apartment was very roomy (2 bdrm) and clean. It was located centrally (for us) and many dining places for us to consider. The facilities, in general, were very nice. The only "negative" was the need to walk 4 blocks (0.3 miles or 0.6 miles round-trip) to "check in." I had to leave my wife and daughter with all our luggage in front of a locked entry (on a sidewalk that was about 3 ft wide with lots of pedestrian traffic as well as cars). By the time I checked in and walked back, it took about 20 min. This check in process would prevent me from using this hotel again. It would have been nice if they gave the apt access code so they could have, at least, stepped inside (out of potential harm's way). You still need two more access codes (3 total) to get into your room. However, barring that situation, the facilities are nice and the reception desk (at the check in location) was helpful.

The property was is a great location, clean, new, comfortable and everything was great. The only thing missing is some more toilet paper We got 2 rolls for 5 persons for 4 nights. Other than that everything was great

Our stay at Palau De La Musica apartments was fantastic. Excellent location and a great apartment. The service was good as well. Very responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, 3 good sized rooms with a great living area & kitchen, really well located for everything. Very easy to find and Vicki from the Hotel was brilliant, we were able to leave bags, and nothing was a problem. You can get the airport train right to a station near the check in hotel really easy, then only a 10 min walk to the apartment. We were a family of 5, and had an amazing time in Barcelona.

No me gustó nada que no estuviese claramente especificado que había un depósito de 300 euros (que tuve que reclamar posteriormente) y 60 euros de limpieza me parecieron un despropósito por una noche de estancia.

El Palau de la Musica Apartments tiene una excelente ubicación. Es amplio y bien dotado. Es una lástima que su mantenimiento no sea adecuado. La limpieza hace que te sientas incómodo: ollas con residuos de comida, almohadas y sabanas con pelos, sofá sucio. Tuvimos problemas eléctricos que impedían tener desde luz hasta el aire acondicionado y la nevera (en pleno verano). Al salir en la mañana dejé una botella de agua en la nevera. Al regresar en la noche estaba a temperatura ambiente. Qué tal si hubiese dejado comida !!!. Esta situación no nos permitió comer ni desayunar allí, algo básico que buscas cuando tomas un apartamento. El staff de soporte si bien estuvo atento (vía chat) a la situación descrita, no generó ninguna respuesta efectiva. Dejé una carta a la propiedad manifestando mi malestar y exigiendo una compensación. 4 días después y por presión mía al no haber recibido respuesta, me dicen que lamentan lo sucedido y me ofrecen un descuento del 10% condicionado a que no haga un mal review. Yo les pedí una compensación de 200 Euros. En resumen, un balance negativo. Apartamento amplio, buena dotación y bien ubicado. Limpieza muy mal y problemas eléctricos que no te permiten usar el aire acondicionado, la cocina y refrigerador. Sin respuestas efectivas del propietario. Un detalle, el check in se debe hacer en un sitio a 6 cuadras de distancia, lo que supone desplazamientos extras que son difíciles si estás con niños y más en verano.

My night started with being at an airport for 8 hours for a delayed flight. My previous hotel would not check us in because of how delayed our flight was, meaning they would not check us in late (it was supposed to land at 3AM at this point). So we were going to be homeless for the night. HOWEVER, by luck we came across these apartments & they took the time to check us in and even walked us to the apartments at 5AM!! They were so accomodating after how very tired us 5 girls were. We cant wait to stay with them again! Clean rooms & comfy!

Sejour d une semaine en avril, 6personnes. Positif: emplacement, 5min à pieds de la cathédrale, appartement spacieux, propre, serviettes changées à mi sejour Négatif: rue assez bruyante (traffic), située à 20min à pieds du lieu du check in (ç est loin avec les bagages.. ), eau chaude très capricieuse, 2 sdb mais impossibles à utiliser en même temps. Chauffage par dalle impossible à éteindre mais qq un est venu. Wifi également capricieuse. Peu de couverts, pas de verre à vin, lave linge mais pas d étendoir. Remontees d odeurs d egout dans une sdb. Au final appartement sympa, rénové meme si a moindre frais, bien situe, mais problème d eau chaude et plusieurs "details" gênants qui gâchent un peu le plaisir.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location. There is a bit of traffic noise but you are staying in a city so it was great. We loved it and will definitely be returning.

El departamento es muy bonito, amplio y funcional, la calle no es muy agradable especialmente en la noche, pero en general es aceptable, una vez adentro estás en tu mundo y es muy bonito. Un detalle malo es que tienes que ir por la llave a una oficina que se encuentra como a 15 minutos de ida y otro tanto de regreso.

Estive no apartamento em janeiro de 2018. A localização é maravilhosa. Próximo ao metrô e pontos comerciais e turísticos. O apartamento seguro e confortável. Todos os equipamentos de cozinha funcionando perfeitamente. Roupas de camas limpas e confortáveis.E, o fato de ter uma máquina de lavar roupa para mim foi fundamental. Afinal, quatro pessoas viajando por algum tempo ter esse recurso faz a diferença. Só não me agradei de ter ido a um outro endereço antes para efetuar o check in. Cheguei cansada da viagem, estava viajando com a família e quatro malas grandes; havia pego um táxi e o mesmo ficou esperando enquanto eu fui fazer o procedimento do check in que demorou um pouco. Se alguém estiver nas mesmas condições recomendo que desça do táxi e depois pegue outro. Uma vez que para o procedimento o (a) atendente faz algumas perguntas, efetua a cobrança de taxas, e explica todo o procedimento de entrada no apartamento. Para a modalidade de hospedagem recomendo que o futuro hóspede realize um contado pelo menos dois dias antes (telefone, e-mail ou WhatsApp) para combinar o horário do check in e assim não ter muitas surpresas.

The apartment is centrally located. The key pick up location is at least 2 miles from the apartment one way. The attitude of the reception staff is horrible. They have no on site staff and there is no space for luggage storage prior to check-in. There is no additional key if you have more than one party staying in the apartment. The overall condition of the apartment is OK. The beds are not the most comfortable. We will not stay in this apartment if we visit Barcelona in the future.

3 minutes from La Rambla and Catalunia Square. Great facility, Great location. Separate rooms for parents and Kids. Two separate bathrooms.
