Propre, grande chambre, vu sur l'île Bonaventure, petit réfrigérateur, TV, restaurant de l'hôtel était bon au déjeuner.

Clean room

Excellent dining room menu. Service was a little slow, but nice to have a restaurant attached to hotel. They offer breakfast until 9:30 am, and open for dinner. Room was great. We overlooked the Rock and the Island and the King bed and pillows were heavenly. Had the weather been dryer, we would have enjoyed the patio just outside our room. Walls a little thin, so you can hear people talking on the deck. Location of hotel is ideal for walking around town. No need to drive anywhere within Perce. We would stay here again.

Pour le prix payer j'avais demander vue directement sur le rocher ,fallait je sorte sur mon balcon pour le voir et j'avais payer pour la chambre la plus cher.. Aussi pas fort restaurant déjeuner ferme à 9h ses pas tout le monde qui déjeune a 7h.. Par chance la maison mathilde est ouvert jusqu'à 11h.

I had pre-booked (May 03, 2026) our 2 evening (June 01 to June 03, 2026) stay at the Perce, Quebec, Riotel hotel, in a Superior, 1 Queen bedroom, with scenic rock view and was issued a confirmation number (#72073951079993). When my wife and I arrived to register at the Riotel hotel, on June 01, at 5:15 pm, the Riotel front desk clerk informed me that there was no reservation, for our name. I showed her the printout of our confirmation booking and she contacted her supervisor to clarify our situation. The Riotel supervisor was very pleasant and advised us, that since I had booked through Expedia, it would be Expedia’s failure to advise the hotel. I mentioned to the Riotel supervisor that we had just driven eleven (11) hours, from Halifax, NS, with confirmed Riotel hotel reservations and asked if there was any room available. The Riotel supervisor modified some existing room bookings and offered us a suitable replacement room with ocean view. We accepted and were pleased with the room and the Riotel hotel supervisor’s handling of the unfortunate situation. I was unaware I had pre-booked the room through Expedia and thought I had booked direct with the Riotel hotel website. The message I received after my pre-booking was “If I had booked through Expedia, I would have saved money”? I have never had any success with book in through a third party accommodation vendor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for a few days of relaxation. The views of Percé Rock from our second floor room were unparalled. We were so close to the beach we could hear the waves through a closed patio door. The room was spacious and well furnished. No complaints. We plan to return.

Très bon séjour en octobre au Riôtel Percé, la chambre est très confortable, l'emplacement et la vue sont magnifiques. Nous avons bien profité de cette étape qui offre plein d'activités et avons très bien mangé au restaurant avec vue de l'hôtel. Nous recommandons.

La vue était epous!

Nous avons été très déçu et nous avons exprimé notre déception auprès de l'accueil de l'hôtel. En effet, nous nous attendions à un hôtel, mais en réalité, il y a deux blocs de logement, constitué d'un hôtel et d'un motel (de médiocre qualité). Lorsque nous réservons sur Hôtels.com, impossible de choisir la partie hôtel, avec une vraie vue sur l’île de Bonaventure. La vue existe bel et bien, le problème est que les personnes passant devant la fenêtre de la chambre nous imposaient d'avoir les rideaux tirés.
