위치도 너무좋고 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다

The hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed in Europe. The room was clean and well managed, and the location was also great.

여기 이곳은 일단 교통편이 너무 편리하다. 호텔직원분들도 친절하시고 항상 깨끗이 청소해주셔서 참으로 쾌적하다. 침대쿠션도 편안해서 편안한 수면을 할수있다. 아침뷔페도 괜찮고 .베스트.굿굿

Room was good and breakfast was excellent. Staffs were very kind. But, I deposited 150 Euro at check in. But, It is not cancelled, yet. Please check again.

조식 엄청 맛있었고 위치도 지하철 바로 앞이라 좋았어요~!

room was not ready upon check-in--despite having arrived more than an hour into the check-in time of 3pm. provided a room but one that seemed to be located in an unused wing. hallway smelled horrible and there was a thin layer of dust on the bathroom shelves. service was kind and considerate, but did not ameliorate the situation. disappointing experience overall.

시설, 직원 친절도, 조식, 위치 등 매우 좋습니다. 비엔나에 가신다면 이 호텔 적극저긍로 검토해 보셔도 좋을 듯 합니다. 지하철 역이 바로 앞에 있고, 한국인이 좋아하는 카페 센트럴이 약 50미터쯤, 그리고 카페 데멜도 충분히 걸어갈수 있는 거리. 주위에 식당 좋은 곳도 참 많습니다. 단 한가지 호텔의 서비스 정책에서 무료생수를 왜 한번만 제공하는지 이해가 되지 않습니다. 나는 이번에 5일을 투숙했는데 이보다 목한 3,4성급 호텔도 생수2병은 기본인데 참 많이 아쉽습니다.

3 days refreshment in Vien with my wife. Altuogh weather not let us to do what we have planned, Hotel has very good location, very clean and friendly service and has good quality food and breakfast. I strongly recommend for all having a plan to visit Vien.

Great location

We stayed for 7 nights as a family (two parents and a 12.5-year-old daughter ) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect – right next to a metro station and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and luxurious, served in an elegant yet cozy setting. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – everyone was courteous and efficient. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Izabela, handled the situation impressively. She ensured we had a temporary room immediately and later moved us to a spacious corner room similar to our original booking. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with thoughtful gestures and excellent service. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Excellent location and nice facility. King size bed room was reserved but not given at check in, so had to change rooms. Room was consistently very hot which resulted in lack of sleep. Asked front desk but no one was sent to help. Shower head position seemed uncomfortable. Also no help was sent for that.

Hotellet var toppen så kommer boka det igen om vi åker tillbaka. Det som var lite minus, var att de inte (trots att det mailat innan och bokat) ställt en flaska Champagne på rummet till den som fyllde år. Annars var det bra service och en god frukost. Nära till det mesta, så det ligger verkligen centralt bra till.

Very nice and comfortable room, apart from the fact that the bed was two beds pushed together.

Lovely hotel, our third visit in a few months. Good staff, nice rooms, and excellent bar area. Very close to metro station and a few minutes walk to main shopping area, Hofburg and St Stephen’s. Likely to be only hotel we’d use in Vienna

The property was centrally located walking distance from shopping and restaurants. So clean and comfortable.
