The hotel staff was respectful and the food at the restaurant was authentic delicious mexican food.

Un reconocimiento muy grande para los dos muchachos de recepción (turno tarde y turno noche). Fueron muy amables, muy agradables y nos apoyaron a mi mamá y a mi con transporte en la noche después de un evento un poco lejos y complicado de llegar. Les agradecemos muchísimo el apoyo y el servicio tan increíble que nos brindaron en nuestra estadía.

The hotel was beautiful colonial charm in every corner, bed was comfy, clean, the buffet breakfast really good, friendly staff and great location very close to the archeological site of Teotihuacan!

The beds are hard, the place is nice, but we were the only tourist in that place.

Perfect location for visiting Teotihuacan early when the gates open at 8.00. A relaxed friendly environment and the pool in the central court was lovely. The staff were great. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner slightly limited choices. Room was small but clean and cheerful. Probably a better place for a short stay than a loved one. I would go again for a similar purpose.

Había una fiesta privada de un grupo y no se nos notificó al hacer la reserva. Esto hizo que no pudiera dormir por el escándalo, gritos y niños corriendo por pasillos y jardines. Fui a hacer una actividad que requería levantarme a las 5am y obviamente fue imposible descansar, mucho menos dormir.

Location was ideal. The room was clean, with a pleasing design and comfortable bed. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant in the hotel was never open but there are numerous places to eat nearby so just plan accordingly. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and were able to offer tours in the area last minute. Great experience.

Room was clean but the staff did not understand English at all and we didn’t speak Spanish very well so communication was a problem.

Hôtel extraordinaire, plein de charme, où les chambres sont toujours fraîches. Beaucoup d'espace commun décoré avec goût et un luxe traditionnel (tables en bois massif, artéfacts et tableaux anciens dans les vitrines...). C'est ma 2e fois et j'ai fait la route de Mexico juste pour y retourner (même pas pour aller au site archéologique, alors qu'il est à 200 mètres). Un oasis de beauté, de confort et de bon goût. La piscine est chauffée et magnifique; c'est un vrai plaisir. Personnel très courtois et chambre impeccable, avec beaucoup de charme (1 lit double et un lit simple).

Es Hermosa la propiedad, muy tranquila, alberca de agua FRIA, Estacionamiento y en la noche vigilancia, Totalmente SI regresaría a disfrutar de todas los servicios que ofrecen, se necesitan varios días o no salir y solo disfrutar del Hotel.

Está muy cómodo y bonito. Tal vez solo necesita una remodelación
