Clean and very comfortable, Train station behind hotel is convenient except some train is not frequent

Quiet area, good comfortable room, nice walks near a river nearby, good hotel restaurant for included breakfast and optional dinner that was very good

This is no joke, this place is just 30 feet from train station that takes you to Venecia romantic place (Santa Lucia), 3.50 € each way per person, €7.00 round trip, plus, there is a transportation from and to airport Marco Polo, the Breakfast is great (€9.00), per person daily, service excellent, bar excellent, restaurant excellent, you will save a lot of money by staying at this great hotel, is pretty much new, fency, AC, absolutly gorgous, is my first time in this city, probably the last, but I will definitely advise my circle to come here, THANK YOU CROWN HOTEL!!! You guys made my 25th Anniversary celebration unforgettable!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

They advertise this as an airport hotel. But it is far far away from Marco Polo. I am going to the port today, which puts me even further away. If you’re truly looking for an airport hotel, and you need to go to the port, this would not be the right property. But it’s a nice hotel and I’ve had a lovely room. And people have been most kind here

Property check in was good. Mold around bath tub was an issue. Only stayed one night.

Crown Plaza East IHG, best hotel ever. Going to Venice is best!! 2 min walk to train. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Good variation. Polite personnel going out of their way to please. Shuttle not available for us because of hours. But will gladly make arrangements. Nice restaurant and bar beside it. Just Amazing! Thank you for our 2 days stay!! 10/10 for sure

Very close to train station

Clean, friendly. Easy access to train system.

Our rooms peeled of sewer really bad. We had the window open all day while away touring The soaker tub faucet did not work The bathroom sink plunger did not open to drain water when using to brush your teeth or wash your hands.

We liked that it was close to the train to get to Venice. Property was in a nice neighborhood, restaurants inside the hotel was handy as well As the only place in the neighborhood to eat. Staff was helpful. We didn’t like that we didnt have access to the AC and it was hot, there was a fire occurring close by, so it was hard to keep the one window open. There was some confusion on the shuttle, instead of shuttle there was a bus but was not informed until the last minute.

J’ai tout aimé de cet hôtel. La facilité d’accès du port de Trieste jusqu’à l’hôtel par train, la position de l’hôtel face a la gare, la propreté, la belle grande chambre lumineuse, l’accueil chaleureux, etc. Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel à tous ceux qui reviennent d’une croisière au port de Trieste et qui songent à repartir en avion à l’aéroport de Marco Polo de Venise. Service de navette assuré de l’hôtel à l’aéroport. Prenez tout de même le temps de réserver à l’avance l’heure à laquelle vous aimeriez vous rendre à l’aéroport en cas d’affluence à l’hôtel.

Lovely hotel for discovering Venice. Next to the train station. 20 min and you are there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast to start the day.

Great option close to airport

Great option for an airport hotel. The staff was amazing, the breakfast fantastic and the rooms as promised. It is an older hotel that has been updated and had comfortable beds, which is always nice find in Europe. We arrived on a later flight and the shuttle was not available; however, the hotel communicated this to us prior to our arrival and paid for a taxi. There is not much to do around the hotel.

The best benefit of staying here is the shuttle to the airport

Been staying at this hotel every time I come to Venice and it’s the best!
