Room was tidy but there were heaps of marks on walls and view out window was of pile of cut branches

Clean room, pools are heated and beach is across the road.

Room was ok. Only issue was sound could be heard through walls.

Ocean view Apartment had spectacular views & the apartment was well equipped. Just a few minor things not working such as volume button on remote TV and the remote window blind facing the apartment next door. Loved the indoor lap pool. Underground parking was a bit tight but manageable. Housekeeping staff anticipated our needs & did a wonderful job. Would like to say 4 1/2 stars.

Rude reception staff. They do not listen to requests eg pull out bed to be put up on arrival. Small things are too hard for them to do first time around at this resort.

Room ok, staff ok but did not inform us about the non existence of breakfast st check in.

Design of the place was very spread out and staff could have been more helpful at check-in to show us our room instead of just giving out a map. More food options would have been good instead of pizza’s. Three o’clock check-in is very late. Staff were still getting our room ready after 3:00 which was very inconvenient.

Upon arrival, I was allocated an incorrect room. The room was in unacceptable condition, with a strong unpleasant odour and visible dust throughout, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to others.

Location of resort was excellent, room was clean and great view over the pool. However, the kitchen had no microwave, the balcony could have done with a pressure wash and the main tv was difficult to turn on and off.
