La clasificación q estoy dando no es por el trato del personal, q fue excelente en todo el hotel , es porque no era la cama que yo quería …

Excelente Servicio, las camas requieren un cambio y el hotel mantenimiento en los baños, lo mejor sin duda es la atención de todo el personal, recepción muy destacable

I chose this property as I wanted to be close to Miraflores Locks. I was not disappointed with my decision with the selection of the hotel. The property itself was very impressive, clean and well maintained. The hotel room as well as the Lobby area was very pleasing. Most importantly the staff - Fransisco, Bianca made me feel welcome and well attended to . Will surely stay here during my next visit

Un poco viejo, pero está bien

The room was clean like new. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was soothing with good hot water. The cafe food was excellent and the choices were many. The staff was excellent, especially Astrid at the front desk and Mayia in the restaurant and coffee shop.

Personal amable y servicial, limpieza, camas cómodas, todo muy bien. Cuando volvamos nos quedaremos en este lugar.
