친절하고 너무 좋네요

Stayed at several other Hyatt properties during our Alaska trip, this was easily the most disappointing. Asked for king bed, got two queens. Traveling with my parents. I paid extra for our room. Got same room as my parents. Not sure what I got for the extra money. Room was dirty. Had crumbs and dirt on floor. Water stains on the ceiling. And to top it off, our room faced the highway, with loud trucks passing by at all hours of the night and morning. Breakfast was available, but again quality was not up to par with even other Hyatts we stayed up. Had some of the worst tasting pineapple and other fruit I’ve ever tried. If we ever return to Fairbanks, would probably not stay again. Other options in the area.

Comfortable and a very nice staff… plenty of towels and Alex the front desk team member was excellent

There were several abandoned vehicles in the property that looked like people may live in. No coffee pot in the rooms. The back of the hotel looked really nice for fishing but we never did. The staff was super nice and the place was affordable. The trains were quite loud so consider that if you plan on sleeping.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The place feels really clean. The beds are comfortable and there is food available downstairs at a reasonable price.

Small and convenient to airport for 1 night. It was overpriced. Everything was great except so many people eating breakfast caused a little backup for the people preparing it.

Your operations manager Alex is super nice, friendly, attentive and very professional. You are lucky to have him. His front desk staff are all friendly and professional as well

Room temperature varied from coolish to hot…but was a nice one night stay.

No hot water and freezing in room. Could not adjust the heat at all. Breakfast was terrible

New, cheap, nice. Couldn’t ask for more

Great stay.

Good breakfast, but you have to go early because they ran out of fruits and some other good options. Also, the coffee is not strong, but overall is very convenient in winter time, so you don’t have to go out in freezing temperatures to find a restaurant, specially if you have some tours planned. People in the front desk are very nice and helpful with information. Our bathtub was clogged and the cleaning lady fixed it right away. We arrived in a very late flight and left in a very early flight and yet the shuttle service took us to the airport on time. Convenient and well located.

Overall is okay. Just some staffs are not friendly

Lobby very comfortable-many seating areas for different small groups Shuttle excellent! Overall quite enjoyable with many positives

The pool was empty so my girls got to have their pool party. The rooms we booked were spacious and amazing!

I was told that there would be a restaurant in house 7 days a week which was not true, was also told there would be shuttle service available for early morning shuttle to airport which also was not true. I will never stay or recommend a hyatt hotel!!!!!!!!
