Nobody at counter to check you in. It’s 6pm busy time.

The desk attendant was very nicr and patient, the property was quiet and nice all through you can see some aging but still nice and comfy.

Nice place to stay. Staff is nice and the room was clean.

Need better cleaning staff and standards for the room being over $200 for 1 night with cleanliness of motel 7

Rooms are dirty moldy and need of update

Walking in, the hotel had a clean, pleasant smell. Check-in was fine. We were given our room keys and headed down the hall to our room. Instantly there was a sour smell in the hallway just as we approached our room. The room was pretty spacious and the setup of the room was comfortable despite the dirty recliner. It was a handicapped room and the shower was dirty and had a crack in it, probably from a wheelchair tire. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told no since I had booked through a third party. We made the best of the stay, but had already marked them off for future stays. After returning home, I realized I had left a watch charger in the room and a newly purchased dress hanging in the hotel closet.I immediately called the hotel and was told the items were not there. I asked to speak to the manager but was told she wouldn’t be back until the afternoon. I made a total of six calls trying to get in touch with a manger or in touch with someone that would thoroughly look into this issue for me. I was unsuccessful. How disappointing!!! Not because of the loss of the dress and charger, but because they obviously have dishonest employees. Someone found the items and decided to keep them for themselves instead of turning them in like they should have done. They have lost my business for sure and I am now not able to recommend their hotel to others. Can’t we all just be kind and do the right thing! 😔

The clerk was extremely kind and helpful when checking in. The room door did not close freely, furniture putdated and peeling, light in bathroom was out, no towels in bathroom, and no soap on dispenser

This is a very convenient, quiet, clean place to stay and affordable. Will use it every time we come to visit family

Workout room very bad. Every machine was broken and no response after requesting that be fixed

We unfortunately stayed in room 209. It was beyond disgusting. As we always do, we turn the sheets down to confirm they have been changed. The pubic and head hairs was clue one. Then the brown stains. Keep in mind, we paid over $250 to sleep here! The lady at the desk who was very friendly, but "was the only employee in the building," had to leave her post to change the bed. Moving onto the bathroom: the toilet is actively leaking, floor obviously has not been mopped, as there was a Bud light top, two dried up contacts and (used?) toilet paper behind the door. The toilet had diarrhea splash on it and 1/2 roll of paper. The shower had not been cleaned (hair and other "items"). The floor of the shower is all chipped up, which made it hard to stand. We used all of the towels to be able to use the bathroom. The TV did not operate properly but we didn't have a guide anyway. No breakfast served at that price! We will never stay at Candlewood Hotels again. Don't let the pretty building fool you. We are sorry to leave such a review, but changes need to be made here.

You can tell the bathroom had not been swept. There was dirty towels wadded up on the floor in the closet. Soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom. and in the midst of changing clothes, a strange woman unlocks the door and comes into the room because they had assigned the room to her as well by mistake.

I’ll gladly send you pictures of how horrible this room is. I am actually leaving this room because of the horrible conditions. Please refund my money

Clean enough; however, no breakfast and no complimentary coffee nir coffee in the room.
