전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn Express & Suites CUSTER by IHG, an IHG Hotel

사우스다코다 주에 있는 러쉬모어 및 크레이지 호스를 방문하였을 때 1박한 곳입니다. 특이하게 패티오가 있었습니다. 그곳에서 시원하게 맥주 등 가벼운 음료 한잔 하면 좋겠죠.. 방넓이나 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 건너편에는 극장도 있었고, 읍내에는 슈퍼가 있어서 생필품을 저렴하게 구입할 수 있고요, 피자 헛 가게도 가까이 있었습니다. 여기는 아무래도 시골 지역이라 식당이 빨리 문을 닫는 것 같습니다. 좀 일찍 이용하시고요...

Great staff, clean room, pretty quiet and nice location.

It was clean and polite staff

My king size bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect! The room was clean and everything was in working order. Breakfast was yummy and so very handy. Highly recommend!

Overall, a nice Holiday Inn Express. The room needed to have the paint done as there's chips out of it. The beds were comphy, and the bathroom clean. Breakfast was good.

Property was close to downtown Custer that had restaurants and shops. Very cute town. The hotel is outdated I read somewhere it was remodeled but not sure how long ago. When we checked in our rooms bathroom was dirty the toilet had a stain had to the front desk and they sent someone. It also seemed that they’re short staffed saw only three people working. The front office desk they only had one person and the phone was non stop ringing. We stayed here because there wasn’t many other options.

We enjoyed how clean our room was. People above were very loud walkers but no fault of hotel

Beautiful lication, gorgeous views. Nice large room with sofa area. Great hot tub & pool. Dining area is stunning h breakfast menu changed daily which was nice. Excellent coffee.. Definitely needs larger trashcans in room & bath & more bath hooks to conserve towels.

The hotel was better than expected in terms of the quality of the room, amenities, and friendliness of the staff.
