고풍스런 선물을 리모델링한 이 호텔의 분위기는 최고에요. 조식도 딱 먹을것만 있고 맛있었어요. 4인 가족이 스위트에 묵었는데 좋았습니다.

The room was clean and neat. I got warm welcome and impressive service during my stay. This hotel located near the Duomo(5min), so I enjoyed walking around the hotel. Many staircases and corridors looks like interesting small maze for me. I've experienced nice 16C florentine halls. Grazie Mille for your kind and great service!

피렌체를 도보로 다니기에 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 저희는 별관에 묵었는데 아주 좋았습니다. 더운날 에어컨도 시원했고, 엘리베이터가 있어 아주 편했습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 조식도 아주 좋았습니다. 일정중 새벽 일찍 출발하는 날은 조식박스도 준비해주셨어요~ 너무너무 잘 지내고 갑니다. 인테리어도 피렌체 답게 잘 되어있습니다. 다음에 피렌체 오면 다시 오고 싶네요~~~ We stayed in the other building next to the main hotel. The room was clean and fully air- conditioned. We loved the decor of the room. My daughter said she felt like a princess during our stay. Hotel staffs were very attentive, Breakfast was good and location was good. Nothing to complain. Will definitely come back again.

Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, and just a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The room was very well-heated and warm, and the view from the room was also spectacular. I would definitely return to this hotel if I revisit the city.

광장을 바리보는 호텔입니다. 주말 밤에 광장에서 밤 12시까지 공연이 있을수도 있어요. 방음이 전혀안됩니다. 그것 빼고는 조용한 호텔입니다. 아침식사하는 레스토랑 직원들이 정말 친절하구요. 클래식한 호텔 인테리어는 정말 멋졌습니다. 역에서 걸어서 15분정도에 위치해 있구요. 피렌체 대성당까지 걸어서 5-8분 정도입니다. 전체적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다

아이둘 포함 4명이서 스위트룸 정말 편하게 지내고 왔어요. 아이가 룸키 맡길때마다 웃는얼굴로 인사해주시고 룸번호도 외워서 알아서 주셨어요. 매일 룸 청소 해주시고 조식도 너무 좋았어요. 직원 모두 정말 친절해요. 다시 피렌체에 간다면 예약하려구요. 감사합니다.

We had a wonderful one night stay in this hotel for our family of 4. It was a beautiful and calm and cool Oasis. The room was beautifully cleaned by Maria and the property was beautifully looked after. We loved the breakfast and location with only a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were very helpful. We would stay here again if in Florence.

Excellent service! Staff is very welcoming, professional and attentive. Breakfast is absolutely worth it- 12 euros/person (fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, croissants, eggs and bacon, all kinds of coffee beverages freshly made, included with buffet. Great central location- you can see the Duomo! Also, less than 5 minute walk to Accademia (Statue of David). Ponte vecchio bridge is approximately 10 min walk. Relatively easy to catch a taxi- within a five minute walk of square, simply hail a cab. Would gladly return. Fun fact- first orphanage in the world is in piazza facing the hotel, which apparently was originally a convent. Lovely architectural touches all around.

Muy amables , siempre cómoda y limpia nuestra recamara y muy atentos, siempre muy fresca y com muy buenos detalles. Gracias por todo, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, muy céntrico y cómodo para moverse caminando

Habitación limpia y el personal muy atentos, me ayudaron a pedir un taxi al aeropuerto a mi salida y llegó en menos de cinco minutos. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado para caminar Florencia, ir de compras, restaurantes, museos.

Tiene una gran ubicación en Florencia. A unos pasos de la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.

Unlike almost every other hotel we stayed at on our trip, the AC worked well to combat the steamy days! Also, the staff was amazingly helpful in finding us a transfer to the airport during a train strike. Will stay here again for our next visit.
