객실에 욕조가 없어서 체인쥐 했는데 침대 시트가 너무 낡았음 식사는 좋았고 조경도 좋았음

Very good beach and covenient facilities~ This Hotel was designed with the flow of human traffic in mind~ I love there~ If you have a baby and very young child, stay at deluxe room( ground floor near beach). It is good to move and garden veiw is so good. Also walking the garden in the morning is nice!

We had power outages whole night and they refused to refund my last night.

Worst experience ever

We booked a room with partial Seaview. We were given a room with no Seaview that had recently been renovated. On enquiring at reception, we were told the rooms with partial sea views were available but had not been renovated. This is not told at the time of booking. The noise from the renovations was extremely noisy. Again, not vlear at time of booking. Visited the spa gor a massage and had the constant noise of drilling above my head. It will be lovely when finished - but couldn't recommend yet!

The room was spotless. The food was fantastic. We loved the beach and the beach restaurant. The service was fantastic - every need catered for. It was quiet when we went and there was building work happening in the main building. But generally it was a great visit.

Alles war gut.

Demotivated and grumpy staff who procrastinate and act negligently, seemingly to pressure guests into tipping. They lied about fixing my AC after I called them five times. I ended up spending my vacation on a sweaty bed, getting bitten by bugs on every exposed part of my body. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from a hotel that claims to be five stars. I’m a well-traveled guest, and this stay completely failed to meet even basic hospitality standards.
