Perfect!! But before car parking free but now 10euro pay. So .......

아침 식사는 프라하에 있는 그 어떤 호텔보다도 훌륭하였으나 그외는 별로 였음. 먼저 무료주차가 가능하다고 했는데 호텔에서는 안된다면서 18유로를 요구하였고 그 과정에서 직원은 자기네 시스템은 주차가 안된다면서 매우 불친절하였고 매니저에게 전화하라고 명함을 던져주었고 우리가 매니저와 통화한 후에 주차문제를 해결할 수 있었음. 또한 객실은 화장실 하수구 냄새가 진동을 하여 참기가 어려울 정도였음.

가격대비 룸은 괜찮고 조식도 가격대비 괜찮으나 프론트직원은 손님이 와도 직원끼리 잡담을 하며 미소는 없고 무뚝뚝함으로 일관함. 룸은 여느 유럽과 같이 라디에이터를 사용하나 생각보다는 따뜻하고 특이하게 화장실 바닥에 보일러가 설치되어있음. 환전도 해주지만 환전율은 시내보다 비쌈. 트램 티켓을 살수있는건 장점. Price for the room and the breakfast acceptable. However the location is about 20 min away from the old town, the staffs at the front desk was so unfriendly. They kept talking each other even I stood in front of the desk. They had no interests on the customer's needs. The exchange rate was also low, please go to the one in the town for the exchange.

my friend and i booked 2 twim rooms. it was easy accesible. there is tramstation 'hotel golf' and many trams go that way. but the problem is 2 rooms was different. the hotel is on remodeling now and i stayed in good well new room but my friend stayed in old room. remember it is by rucky to stay in new room.

Excellent breakfast, parking, brand new hotel, very clean, much better than many 5 stars hotel. Great location, thanks a lot for wonderful service to all staffs.

Eigentlich ist das Frühstück im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels sehr gut… Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum für die Menge an Gästen viel viel zu klein… Es ging zu wie am Hauptbahnhof zur Rush Hour… Somit war das Frühstück reine Nahrungsaufnahme und kein guter Start in den Tag

Hotel was echt schoon en netjes en mooi. Bij binnenkomst of vertrek keken de medewerkers je niet aan en zaten voornamelijk op hun telefoon. Vonden wij een beetje apart. Kamer werd wel elke dag schoongemaakt maar de koffie ed werden bij ons niet aangevuld. Locatie van de hotel is ver van het centrum maar wel op een handig locatie. Tram naar "overal" stopt letterlijk voor het hotel en voor €1.65 enkeltje ben je in de oude stad ed. Ps: ontbijt was heel goed. Veel variatie en alles goed op smaak.

The breakfast was wonderful! Except for the pancake machine. That thing was ridiculously slow and made tiny pancakes. But they were super tasty together with the maple syrup and hazelnut cream. The AC didn't really work, so it was a bit warm in the room. Though, i don't know if we could change the setting. The TV in the room was awesome. We could watch South Park on its web brower. And everything else was in the room was super nice. Except we had a couple of uninvited guests. Two cute ants.

The hotel is beautiful and new. The rooms are spacious and the walk out garden room is ideal. They allow dogs and the front desk was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

Sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück war vielfältig und ausgewogen.

The rooms were nice - small but nice. We had roof top so enjoyed having ability to open skylights for fresh air. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was good.
