Perfect!! But before car parking free but now 10euro pay. So .......

아침 식사는 프라하에 있는 그 어떤 호텔보다도 훌륭하였으나 그외는 별로 였음. 먼저 무료주차가 가능하다고 했는데 호텔에서는 안된다면서 18유로를 요구하였고 그 과정에서 직원은 자기네 시스템은 주차가 안된다면서 매우 불친절하였고 매니저에게 전화하라고 명함을 던져주었고 우리가 매니저와 통화한 후에 주차문제를 해결할 수 있었음. 또한 객실은 화장실 하수구 냄새가 진동을 하여 참기가 어려울 정도였음.

가격대비 룸은 괜찮고 조식도 가격대비 괜찮으나 프론트직원은 손님이 와도 직원끼리 잡담을 하며 미소는 없고 무뚝뚝함으로 일관함. 룸은 여느 유럽과 같이 라디에이터를 사용하나 생각보다는 따뜻하고 특이하게 화장실 바닥에 보일러가 설치되어있음. 환전도 해주지만 환전율은 시내보다 비쌈. 트램 티켓을 살수있는건 장점. Price for the room and the breakfast acceptable. However the location is about 20 min away from the old town, the staffs at the front desk was so unfriendly. They kept talking each other even I stood in front of the desk. They had no interests on the customer's needs. The exchange rate was also low, please go to the one in the town for the exchange.

my friend and i booked 2 twim rooms. it was easy accesible. there is tramstation 'hotel golf' and many trams go that way. but the problem is 2 rooms was different. the hotel is on remodeling now and i stayed in good well new room but my friend stayed in old room. remember it is by rucky to stay in new room.

No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel.

Please dont leave valuable items in room as staff stole armaani t shrt from the room snd front desk was not helpful at all

Very good 4 nights in Prague for a couple. The room was well organized, despite compact felt spacious and sapce well used. Wery well equipped, modern and clean. The parsonal was very helpfyl. Breakfast excellent - lots of fresh produce for a swedish breakfast, much appreciated. Comfortable beds - appreciated the AirCon, low key but effective. The tram went just 100m from Hotel, directly downtown - could not have been better. As we appreciate a morning/afternoon walk, we discovered there was a tarck in the woods behind the Hotel, that took us aroud the golf course - well inte the woods. I can highly recommend this Hotel, we will certainly be back next time in Prague!

God parkering, vi fik lov til at tjekke ind en time før uden forhåndsaftale, virkelig lækkert værelse og lækker morgenmad. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.

Very convenient location, clean rooms, and a rich breakfast selection. The only drawback was some noise from aircraft taking off and landing during the night
