그냥 그럭저럭. 주변에는 나이트마켓같은 시장이 있어서. 심심하시면 한바퀴 도실만해요. 수영장은 옥상에 위치해 있지만 딱 보시면 수영생각은 안드실꺼에요. 그리고 미니바에 아무것도 없구요. 미니바를 쓰시는 분들은 참고하세요.

Stay started poorly with very discourteous front reception staff. We were assigned a room which already had guests in it & while quickly rectified no apology given at all. Room was ok but not what expected of a 4 star hotel. Dining room staff were very different, extremely polite and attentive, especially Rajesh and Depayat

We liked breakfast and dinner, good options and nice hospitality However check in process was not as good we were hoping for Dated rooms , need to improve on hygiene and facilities. I have not stayed in Ramada before so not sure this is the normal standard Not very friendly reception

la habitacion necesita algo de cuidado. Hay muchos detalles que no se ven bioen. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y a pesar de que vionieron a reparar 2 veces no funcionaba bien el termostato. El lavamanos estaba tapado y tampoco lo repararon. El personal no atiende las solicitudes elementales de reponer artiuclos de aseo, jabon etc, ni tampoco lo reponen durante el servcio diario. Ha decaido mucho

Terrible service from the hotel Lots of waiting in order, on concierge as well as on the reception. I didnt like the hotel service at all.

Reserve para 3 personas y lo que nos ofrecieron para la 3era persona fue un caucho.

The only good thing was the location. But the overall experience was bad as the air quality of the room was really bad like the rotten/damp smell. The mattress springs make noise. Got headaches because of the smell. Didn’t even tagged my luggage and that’s why couldn’t deliver to my room. I won’t come again

La chambre c'est OK bien insonorisé. Mais pas très bien entretenu. Salle a manger et lobby plûtot sales.

The staff is nice depending upon who you get. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Corridors carpets were filthy but rooms were ok. No bottled water. You have to ask for it. Wifi is just terrible. Just doesn’t connect. Bathroom amenities are also limited like no conditioner, no facial tissue, limited towels. Bathroom dated but functional. Looks like somehow a lot of tourists are ferried here. On the plus side breakfast and dinner buffet is good and restaurant is good service. Overall value for money is not so good

Très bon hôtel situé au coeur d'un quartier populaire. Personnel disponible et efficace. Un grand merci a Manoj du restaurant qui m'a été d'un grand secours pour le choix des plats " no spicy".

The best hotel , best staff , best food

STAFF NOT GOOD AND SWIMMING POOL CLOSED

Property was very good. Restaurant was good, but buffet was rather small and restaurant was very chilly. It was New Year's Eve and so the place was too crowded for my taste. Also the shopping arcade in the hotel was just okay. Had to get a small heater in our room to maintain the temperature. TV didn't have cable or streaming capabilities. WIFI barely worked in the room though it worked in the lobby. WIFI was more of an issue than it should have been for a hotel this size and caliber.

Liked it a lot. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very courteous n helpful. Prompt service. Reasonable too.
