Infinity pool on roof, Asian restaurant graat

Immaculately clean room. Staff in the dinning areas were nonchalant, unsmiling and reluctant to go above and beyond to help. Conversely, the reception staff were polite and helpful.

The location of this hotel is perfect. SPA area and Roof top pool is beautiful. Rooms are a good size and if you have Sea view it’s a very beautiful view. Items I did not like. Bath towels are thread bare almost torn Tea facilities in both room and restaurants was not brilliant only builders tea available and old kettle in rooms Food was very tasty in main restaurant but nothing to shout home about. All inclusive drinks are off the tap wine and pre-mix carton cocktails (bring your own if you are fussy) Members of staff are not that helpful. It was good value for money and would rate it as a 3 star hotel

Breakfast was very busy but was fresh. Rooftop pool was very pretty. All inclusive drinks were very average.

Es war alles sehr sauber aber auch schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, bei schönem Wetter, draussen zu essen!

The hotel offers clean rooms and a very friendly staff, which made the stay pleasant. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool with amazing views. The food is good, although the selection is somewhat limited, and at breakfast there were no pancakes or omelettes available. If you are renting a car, parking can be an issue. Overall, the hotel is a good choice, especially outside of the high season.

Hotel was kept very clean, rooms done everyday to a good standard. Staff were very professional and polite.

The pictures in my opinion on the booking sites are nothing like what we were given. The room was dirty - cleaners only empty bins and wash out drinking cups with water, there is no deep clean even when we requested this twice - bedding was not changed. The food was really nice Staff are polite but it’s ashame the guests aren’t - no please and thank yous and they seem to walk into you!

A 3 night stay All Inclusive to visit some of Malta’s famous history. Overall the Qawra Palace is superb base, though it’s a big hotel which takes some navigating at first. I also must say it’s very busy, especially in the restaurant - we visited in Feb so I can only imagine what it is like peak season. The rooms are clean but I’m glad we upgraded to a sea view. The food is varied, good quality & plentiful. If you are staying in the cooler months, the sun shines a lot longer on floor 11, where you’ll find the rooftop pool.

Given the first floor with THE tiniest balcony . I paid for a sea view but was looking into a pizza restaurant . The shower was clogged ( told them twice). Was asked to upgrade to all inclusive. Wish I hadn’t bothered. The food was bland and the Charlie’s bar smelt like a toilet. The swimming pool was a no go area “ due to the storms”. It was 8 days after and they had no damage.

Great hotel. Excellent location, brilliant staff, wonderful food and fantastic entertainment. The rooms were big and spacious, spotlessly clean and with a amazing view.
