Parfait

Easy to get to from the hwy. only a $30 uber ride to old Quebec so we didn’t have to drive into town, or pay for parking downtown. Hotel has safe outdoor self parking. Restaurants next door.

Comme je l'ai dis plus haut , chambre a rénover et les lit a changer.

Réservation faite pour deux, seulement un ver de disponible, trois pod de café mais pas rien pour mettre dedans, salle de bain avec une odeur d’urine!!!!!

I suggest to add a microwave in the room

Convenient

The only negative is we ran out if soap on the shower and it is the dispensor type. 20 minutrs after calling down to the front desk we called back and were informed we would have to pick it up ourselves. This was at 11am when all housekeeping staff would have been on shift. This we felt was very inconvenient and low budget. Other than that, everything was great considering what we paid per night.

Easy to get to by car with free parking. Room appeared clean, cool (on very hot, humid day) and comfortable. Binder contained important info and near-by eating areas.

Nous sommes heureuses de notre séjour, ceci a été parfait pour notre fin de semaine.

Die Zimmer sind funktionell eingerichtet und sauber. Während meines Aufenthalts (2Nächte) gab ea keinen Zimmerservice. Das störte mich aber nicht. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehe ringhörig und das Wifi funktionierte nur, wenn nicht zu viele Personen online waren (morgens).

Linen Service, was self service. The Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby. the small elevator was slow at busy times The bedding and pillows were very high-quality. The hotel for the most part was very quiet, except for very young children. There was ample free parking. There was a Tim Hortons 100 feet away or a quick breakfast or coffee. The coffee in the hotel was horrible. We went to a steakhouse. Also about 100 yards away, and it was good. On and off the highway is excellent If you’re visiting Quebec city as a tourist, recommend getting hotel closer to downtown

Hôtel en sortie de ville. Proche toutes commodités. Stationnement gratuit Accès autoroute appréciable mais qui entraîne du bruit sourd de circulation. Literie confortable. Personnel chaleureux

Nous sommes très satisfait de tout l ensemble

There is a small fridge in the room but it did not work. The front desk offers us to change the room but not to because it is a such hassle. And after hours, I realized that my phone didn't charge at all because the plug was off and it was not easy to find an electric outlet.

Bed was very very confortable!

Je n’es pas été en mesure de prendre possession de la chambre à mon arrivé. L’hôtel n’avait aucune électricité et il ne savait pas la cause, ni quand elle allait revenir. La personne à l’accueil ma conseillé de me rendre à l’autre hôtel Repotel sur Hamel, et de demander un remboursement pour le Repotel Henry IV. Je n’est toujours pas eu de retour de courriel pour le remboursement.

We went to check in on a hot rainy day after driving 8 hours to be informed there was no power and there was no ETA for it to return. Had to scramble last minute to find a new hotel

Pas d’eau chaude le premier soir et le lendemain toujours pas d’eau chaude. Il manquait des serviettes et papier mouchoirs et de toilettes. Très très déçu.
