Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Requested an extra pillow as the king size bed only had two flat pillows. Was told by front desk they didn't have any. Very uncomfortable sleep.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel, the lady who checked me in was borderline rude and treated me like an inconvenience. My phone didn't work the whole time and I told her about it right after I checked in. The room was run down and you could see there was some damage that was never addressed. The location is good, about 6 kilometers from the airport, and some good restaurants close by. I will not return to this hotel...

The hotel is a little old, which is par for course in this area of Quebec City. Elevators and hallway are a little dated and it shows. The room was good. Two issues - our toilet flush was not working properly and we had to fix it when we arrived and one of the faucets was also not working normally. Other than that, the stay was good. Staff was excellent!

Le personnel étaient très accueillant, il y à suffisamment de place dans le parking. Si vous voulez une borne de rechange, je suggère d’arriver tôt, il n’y en a que 2.

Il était difficile d'avoir une chambre propre. À mon arrivée, ma chambre n'avait définitivement pas été nettoyée (il y avait même du riz jaune sur le papier hygiénique) et j'ai dû passer la nuit dans cette chambre et ils sont passés le lendemain comme je leur avais mentionné la veille qu'elle était extrêmement sale. Il a été très difficile d'avoir la chambre faite chaque jour même en appelant le lobby tous les soirs pour que ma chambre soit sur la liste, car pour une raison que j'ignore même si la chambre était sur la liste personne ne venait très souvent. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien quand on a une voiture et le stationnement est très facile d'accès. Les chambres pourraient être bien, mais elles doivent être mieux nettoyées. Le sol n'était pas propre dans la chambre.

Machine a café superbe! Par contre, les machines distributrices (eau) sont désuets

The exterior of the property needs maintenance, particularly the lawn, which appeared poorly kept. Additionally, the mat at the front entrance was stuck to the floor due to a lack of cleaning, which raises concerns regarding the standard of the current cleaning service. bathroom was meh, not enough towels for the 4 of us. no iron, blow dryer wasn’t working, AC was good, no breakfast, only coffee and the machine even broke down. in the pictures looks nice but it isn’t. i don’t know if i would ever stay here again..

The hotel is well located and have overall clean rooms. If you stay for longer they don’t clean the room unless you request. The coffee machine in the lobby is really good and handy for morning start. Staff is helpful and bilingual. Restaurants nearby.

Great value

Bien que souvent il y manque le savon de douche, cette fois-ci, le drainage des appareils etait deficient, tres lent. Et le rideau de douche sans aimant, nous colle sur le corps! Plutot désagreable!.

Cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. Personnel très gentil.
