It was cozy.

I chose this hotel because it had an 8.6 Excellent rating. The hotel did not meet the rating expectations. The hallway and elevator were hot and humid. There was no air conditioning in these areas. The interior of the building looked old and not very clean. The employees looked like they had no choice but to be there.

The rooms were not cleaned properly but Lisa at the reception was awesome.

Hayily at front desk was amazing...check in and check out. Room was fine.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

For a handicapped bathroom the floor was terribly slippery. The shower head was falling apart. The faucet to the shower was stripped out making it hats to turn on and off the water. Lastly only two towels were provided in the bathroom. Oh one last thing as a handicapped room the toilet should be taller. Usually they are 16-17.5 inches tall. The bed was very comfortable

They stole my ring out my room and when i left to go run some arrunds they searched my room and cleaned it i never experienced that every hotel i ever been at state to state even Louisiana which im from. Nobody never went in my room with are without a sign on the door, they always let me check in with them at front desk if needed. Are they’ll knock and if no answer they’ll leave.

Staff was less than friendly ( front desk person snapped at me when I asked if my request for TV service has been given to maintenance); bathroom drainage issues, breakfast items were dry, and lacking in choices. Not able to control the AC. Good space in the bathroom.

My family enjoyed the hotel and our room, but the one day we were there (just passing through), the breakfast was sub-par. The biscuits weren't cooked all the way through, the eggs and sausage didn’t taste as good as we've had in the past at other locations of Holiday Inn Express, and we came down to breakfast 40 minutes before closing, most of the popular items were gone (like the Cinnabon rolls), but no one came to refill those items. Some unlucky families came down a little after us and there was nothing left but dry cereal. Most families on vacation can't make it down before 9 am, and if you advertise breakfast from a certain time window, you should at least replenish the items until 15 minutes before closing.

The staff was very helpful and the check in process was easy and quick

Great quiet location, close enough to Seigen lane area, but set back from road. Comfortable bed, a/c was great (cool) just makes noise as it cycles (woke me up a few times). Stinky water odor in bathroom sink, but shower pressure was awesome. Lost a star mostly due to breakfast selection, running out by 8 and they didn’t replace pancake batter. Snooze you lose.

After traveling all day, so hot and humid, it was sooo nice to checkin get to our room where it was nice and cool! Room to move around and the bathroom was huge! Love it! Restful stay!!

Clean and comfy. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again

The property is clean and safe, but in my opinion, it needs the finishing touches. Our room had a seating area that should have had a TV. The sleeping area had a desk, but there was no lighting in the area.

It was clean and quiet.

Fantastic. Came in on Friday. Young man at desk was very busy. Could have used some assistance Trash could have been done more frequently.
