Passeis seis dias na propriedade e não tive nenhum problema, o atendimento dos funcionários sempre foi muito gentil, café da manhã simples mais que satisfazia, a internet era funcionou todos os dias sem quedas e com qualidade maravilhosa, calefação sempre perfeita! Pertinho de tudo! Dois supermercados na outra rua, um kiosco do outro lado da rua, um diferencial dentro do quarto tinha uma chaleira elétrica que ajudou bastante para preparar algo rápido, a janela tinha vista para rua, porém muito silêncio! Simplesmente amamos, muito simples mais superou as expectativas

I stayed only one night, but it has great location. We were able to walk and see some of the interesting points of the city. Personal really friendly. Only a little noisy at night, but that is part of a big city.

Not water for several days. Not recommended for tourists. The property will need it a big renovation urgently for survival.

Bed was nice, but the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time - mold spots in bathroom/shower, dust on furniture, etc. Wasn’t all bad, I’d stay again given the price just for a night if in transit - but not longer

Hermosa la habitación. Y súper tranquilo. Lastima q no tenga cochera.

O hotel é bem localizado. É antigo e não está bem cuidado, precisando de alguns reparos. O café da manhã é bem simples.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before the pandemia and now with the value of the dollar. I found that many of the amenities have been reduced and some of the equipment not properly work. There is no telephone in the room. I have to go 5 times to get the entrance key to my room to open the door. The microwave did not worked. It was replaced it and it also did not worked. There were other inconveniences. I have to ask for more toilet paper. I have to say that the sheets and blankets were immaculate clean and the bed was nice and firm. Very clean. The front desk and the cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly Even with these and other small inconveniences I still recommend this hotel. The location is super convenience near the obelisk.

Mienten con lo anunciado, no tienen desayuno, no tienen estacionamiento, instalaciones sin funcionamiento (aire acondicionado,televisor,griferías rotas,etc). No volvería a usar su servicios

Gustavo recepcionista muito prestativo, e todas as outras recepcionistas também! As camareiras super educadas e o quarto ficava sempre impecável! Único porém é que o café da manhã não estava incluso! Mais o hotel ficava perto de tudo, fiz a maioria dos passeios a pé.

Bed bugs in the mattress... Not acceptable. This should be reported. Had several bruises on the next day. Thankfully I stayed there only one night. It was terrible

Ok para pasar la noche

This is not even a one star hotel. Everything is falling apart, majority of the furniture need to be trashed, it’s a total eye sore, toilet seat all over the place and rusted bath tub. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone let alone pets.

El personal es lo unico destacable. Hacen lo que pueden con lo que tienen.

Horrible, carísimo para el servicio que brindan, habitación viejísima, entraba agua por las ventanas, no andaba el wifi, el personal, salvo excepción bochornoso, mas caro de lo que decía la publicación. Una estafa el costo, para otro día estaba publicado a menos de la mitad de lo que me costó.
