Super Lage Alles in Ordnung

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Pool schön und Fitnessraum passt auch. Würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder hinkommen

Es war super da. Kein Lärm durch die geschlossenen Fenster, trotz Nähe zur Partymeile. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend.

Fint hotell med bra läge. Men, området är fullt av skrikande överförfriskade tyskar.

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal. Leider sind die Fenster sehr alt, weshalb es nachts sehr laut ist.

Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel, leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage hat leider garnicht funktioniert.sehr freundliches personal.

Badezimmer nicht mehr so schön, Dusche ist ausgelaufen

The hotel and pool area were spotlessly clean and the waiting staff and reception staff were particularly helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and the views are fabulous. The only slight complaint was our air conditioning was not working properly and our room was quite hot at night. I would recommend

Direkt hinter dem Ballermann 6 und trotzdem super ruhig und sehr chillig

Really nice pool area and rooms were decent but our room was in the road side and it was so noisy and just full of very loud German people as it’s seems to be the area that’s basically little Germany with German bars and food. There were people shouting and all hours of the morning so sleep was hard. Hotel room and the hotel were spotless though.

Franchement c’était super je recommande cet hôtel les employés du barre son très serviable. Les cocktails en bord de piscine son super bon et la zone aussi il est à proximité de tout

Waren jetzt das 2 mal da , waren wieder begeistert . Zimmer und Frühstück sind super.

ein wunderschönes hotelzimmer, sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen für den ballermann. ZIMMERSERVICE eine absolute KATASTROPHE!!! Am Morgen kam eine Putzfrau ins Zimmer geplatzt obwohl wir das schild an der türe hatten zum nicht kein kommen. Ich kam gerade aus der dusche und hatte dementsprechend nur das Handtuch um, wie gesagt platze sie rein und hat die türe zum einen ganz offengelassen und hatte in unerem Zimmer nach Abfall gesucht also auch Kleider gelupft undso. Danach Fragte sie ob wie Zimmerservice brauchten, wir sagten NEIN nur frische Handtücher, Hat sie uns auch ohne Problem Gegeben aber wie oben erwähnt hatte ich eins um, dann wurde ich gezwungen ihr jz dieses Handtuch zugeben sonst bekommen wie keine neuen. Absoulte Frechheit und das alles passiere mit Speerangeloffener Türe! ansonsten super hotel, frühstück fantastisch!!

Perfekte Lage

It was very nice

This was my first time visiting Palma and I can say for certain that this is my new go-to hotel for future visits. I will say it is slightly pricey for food/drinks/buffet etc, but the quality and service you get for it balances this out - definitely getting what you pay for. The area itself does have a musical vibe to it but come 23:00/23:30, lights are out and music is off - everyone is very respectful.

Stunning hotel, brilliant location, fantastic breakfast buffet, catered for my peanut allergy, friendly helpful staff, everything was great! Spa was an extra treat I really recommend their warming spa loungers 😍

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, immer ein Lächeln alles bestens!
