It was good. They seemed understaffed, so one person was handling a lot. But they were trying their best to accommodate everyone asap. They were very kind. Everything was good except, you can hear the room next door, but we just had white noise on to sleep.. no big deal. Breakfast options aren’t that much,just simple.

Good value for Money.

Dated property, the pull out sofa beds are in poor condition and dirty so don't rely on those when booking

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were tidy and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

I prefer not to be in a handicap accessible room and am very careful when I make my reservation. When I got to my room to find it was a handicap accessible room, I called the front desk and they told me they were sold out and could not give me another room. Very poor customer experience.

Pullout was a little small

Wonderful stay for spring break. Beds were comfortable and hotel was really clean and nicely made up. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a very nice size, and everything was clean and well stocked. The TV was way too small for a room that size (Two Queen beds with a pull out couch).

You said there would be a hot tub at this reservation but there was not. Very unhappy with your information.

Need new pillows

The room needed to be cleaned better. Lots of dry stains on the counters and dirty wall and bathroom mirror. Amenites and breakfast was nice.

All front desk staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. A fee small things showing some age but nothing bothersome. Breakfast was really good too. The usual food selection but the eggs and biscuits/gravy were better than most hotels. Our suite room was comfortable, clean, and spacious.
