Kotor hotelnya, koper angkat sendiri baik pas check in maupun check out, cleaning service bisa diam-diam masuk ke kamar kita juga, tiati ama hotel ini, kurang rekomen.

Lokasinya lumayan jauh, tapi masih bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki, dekat dengan 7 Eleven jadi memudahkan. Hanya saja agak jauh dah kurang bersih.

Dapat di lantai 5 kamar kurang bersih, seram, angker, sikat gigi ga dikasih, pelayanan check in di depan juga ga ramah, ga ada bell boy, lift tua, malam hari seram angker, bawa orang tua dan anak lebih baik jangan nginap di sini, tidak layak untuk operasional sebuah standar hotel.

Trời thì nóng ở sảnh không bật điều hoa. 😅 thái độ lễ tân kém

Selesai poop baru tau kalau toiletnya ga bisa flush, dibiarkan aja dong siap itu karena check in juga uda kemaleman. Besoknya pagi gatau poopnya meluap keluar. Kalau gw taruh fotonya kan ga lucu hehe overall lokasi nya baik, ukuran kamarnya juga baik.

Staff was friendly and helpful, however the building and room condition was terrible. Hot water was not hot enough, we were unable to fill in the bath tub and ended up with just half tub. Internet was terrible. Plus side was spacious room and location near 711 and sky train.

Not the best, but also not the worst stay. I get what I pay for. Arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm ish, greeted by 1 security guy who apparently has our check-in docs and helps us check in-because there 's nobody at the receptionist counter. Good stuff: - Hotel is clean and decent. Huge bed (larger than king size). Facility 's complete: TV, chiller, bath tub, a single sofa, desk, make up table, water heater, toiletries (soap, shampoo, bath gel), and speedy wifi at every floor. - Location is super convenient, walking distance to pratunam market & phaya thai BTS. But you need to ask the staff for a "secret shortcut". Else you'll be routed far away by google map. Bad stuff: - The room lighting is a bit too dim for me, thus adding the spooky vibe. 1 main light in the bedroom 's dead too. - Unlike other hotels I've visited, we need to manually request for a room cleaning service by hanging the sign at the door. Else they would only restore the coffee + toiletries + water bottles without touching anything else in the room. Apparently they engage with an external cleaning service team, so we can't request for anything else (e.g. Ad-hoc cleaning, extra towel/toiletries) after their working hour's over.

The receptionist was good, they see us have a lot of baggage and she asking for upgrade room have more bigger room.

hotelnya deket sevel dan tempat makan lumayan dekat dengan platinum.

Lokasi super strategis, dekat BTS, makanan juga lumayan, harga terjangkau, dekat fashion mal dan pratunam night market.

พนักงานบริการดี เช็คอินไว ตอนแรกน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานก็ไปแจ้งที่ฟร้อน พนักงานก็แก้ไขให้ ไม่ติดปัญหาอะไรค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด นอนสบาย แต่เตียงเป็นแบบมีล้อข้างล่่าง พอดีแฟนตัวใหญ่เวลาขยับตัวแรงๆเตียงจะมีเลื่อนบ้างเล็กน้อย แต่โดยรวมก็คุ้มค่า

บริการแย่มากๆ​ คงเห็นว่าเป็นคนไทย

이 호텔에 매우 매우 만족합니다. 방은 깨끗했지만, 문을 열 수 없어서 조금 답답했습니다(팁: 항상 방향제를 챙겨서 더 기분 좋은 향을 맡습니다). 호텔 직원은 매우 친절했고, 가장 가까운 BTS역으로 가는 지름길도 알려주었습니다. gg 지도를 따라가면 매우 멀어요. 호텔에는 무료 커피 머신이 있으며, 매일 무료로 물을 채워줍니다(유리병). 골목 입구나 가장 가까운 7일레븐 매장까지 무료 툭툭이가 있습니다. 툭툭 운전사와 짐 운반자는 매우 열정적이었습니다.

좋은 시설과 무료 툭툭(제한된 구역) 및 로비에서 무료 음료 제공을 원하시는 모든 분들께 추천합니다.

Nyaman banget kamarnya. Dari kamar bisa ngeliat BTS lewat mulu tiap berapa menit sekali. Itu pemandangan yang bagus banget buat aku kalau pas malam. Selain itu, kamar sesuai dengan yang di foto, luas dan bersih. Tiap hari kalau minta dibersihkan pasti dibersihkan. Resepsionis juga ramah dan mau membantu jika kita ada kesulitan.

Pertama kali ke bangkok coba nginap di hotel ini menyenangkan biarpun masuk ke gang tapi so far bisa free tuk tuk sampe keluar jalan besar worth it sama harga hotel nya. tiap hari kamar di bersihkan dan free air mineral.

Hotel dengan pelayanan baik dengan sekelasnya, kamarnya lebih luas dibandingkan hotel yang harganya lebih mahal, walaupun memang interior bukan yang baru tapi menurut saya tidak terlalu penting selagi semua masih berfungsi dengan baik, hanya satu yang bikin kurang puas, channel TV cuma 1.
