It was good using coffee machine and enought refill . Air conditioner was well operated. But there wasno irons.

Hotel is old and a little run down for over 500 dollars a night. Staff was good tho.

Clean room, comfy beds, helpful staff and nice onsite restaurant. Short walk from the city center. We'll maintained property.

The hot tub and pool were very nice, but definitely not $400 per night nice. Parking was terrible, and the food at the restaurant on site was very pricey.

While you may read the hotel’s description that parking is included with your booking, it means, in my situation that while parking may be included, it’s just not available. I was told by an indifferent front-desk employee to park somewhere “down the street,” The room I was given may be the smallest hotel room on record. There’s room for only one person to pass the foot of the bed at a time, it’s window view was an alley with an abandoned RV, the bathroom was so small that there was no room for toiletries and you couldn’t use the sink without closing the bathroom door. There are no redeeming qualities for this hotel and I strongly suggest that you stay elsewhere. Jasper is a charming town with spectacular views and sunsets, The Crimson, sadly, will have you excited to leave for another location.

Room is small but clean. The beds were small but comfortable. Lots of food options in this little town. We felt safe to stroll around after dinner.

Amazing specious and modern lobby with super staff.

Great location, little bit pricy

For the price, there should be more offered in the room. A hair dryer for one example.

The hotel decor is very dated and in need of serious modernisation.

One of the best hotels to stay in Jasper. Staff was very friendly, helpful and rooms were really clean. Beautiful views of Jasper sign, and sunrise from the room. Would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommend for stay.

We got a spectacular upgrade -our first time! They were all lovely and helpful. Super close to everything and the room was 20/10. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice clean room but much smaller than we anticipated. It was clean but the bed was also quite small (we are quite tall folks). Liked that the TV had Netflix though, that was a bonus after a long day exploring. Jasper itself is a lovely, albeit small town, with the national parks right on the doorstep with some great opportunities to see nature.

I asked to fill up the conditioner as it got ran out and requested to fix the bed, remove the trash and change the towels. I went to the reception myself. When we came back from the tour nothing was done with my request.

Staff waa friendly. Location was convenient. Onsite breakfast area was in the basement. Bedding for sofa bed had a foul odour.

Nice hotel. Restaurant had great food. Room was clean and quiet. Clean and well maintained The only disappointment was the lack of parking spaces. I would stay there again
