It was good using coffee machine and enought refill . Air conditioner was well operated. But there wasno irons.

Hotel was well equiped with room amenities such as coffee microwave and fridge. Staff was very helpful with arrangements and the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Terra was exceptional with a locally sourced farm and forage menu. Pool and exercise room was perfect to augment the hiking and daily walking. Happy hour at 9pm was an excellent way to wind down from all our activities. Unfortunately there was no bar TV but guests and bar keeps were more than enough.

Wonderful stay. Our Room had 2 double beds with a kitchen area with microwave, mini refrigerator, keurig and tea kettle. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was on the smaller side could not fit 2 people. They had earplugs by the bed but i did not hear the train and i am a light sleeper. Front desk staff were wonderful. The reception area was really nice with a seating area that opened up into a beautiful restaurant. I felt as if I was in someone’s home. Breakfast was wonderful. We did not stay for dinner but did hit happy hour from 8-9:30.

We had a great stay here! We didn’t use any of the amenities because we were not in hotel except to sleep. Plan on paying for parking if you are staying at hotel during the day, they barely have any parking space

For the price of the room, we were uninspired. Our “view” was of the alley. We were surrounded by people on bus tours. No available free parking. Wasn’t sure about the safety of the lot we chose to park in. Good points were it was clean and it is walkable to other things.

Very nice

Clean room, comfy mattress, AC worked well, nice bathroom and shower, staff were professional and friendly, restaurant served good breakfast, hotel is located in a fantastic location in order to access the heart of Jasper town centre. Parking spaces are limited in the hotel's own car parks however on street parking is free from 9pm to 9am. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just a short walk to town. Super clean

Our room was an oversized 2 queen room. Shower was easy to maneuver in without slipping. On site restaurant has good breakfast offerings. On site parking is limited, and directly across the street is paid parking ($28/day). But, if you can't park on site, park on the main street 1 block down, which is free. The pool and hot tub are very nice.

Staff friendly and helpful

The hotel is okay, slightly dated but well located. The staff are okay, but check in was a little confusing due to being told a room but given the swipe card to another. All turned out okay though. Staff wouldn’t provide a receipt of any sort at check out and was advised to contact Expedia for one. Pool and spa was good. We didn’t have a problem with parking but it did fill up. I definitely ask for a Balcony room. AC is very noisy and couldn’t stay in at night due to it being so loud.

Stayed in room 237. Very spaciois end unit looking down main street with good view of mountains and sky tram. Clean room. Nice balcony. Nice pool and hot tub. Parking right below balcony. Definitely stay here again.

Larger clean room but the bed mattress was not very comfortable and probably should be replaced as seemed to have a sunken in spot to side by the side table . Room clean . Bathroom size very good. The restaurant was very good food. Location excellent.

The hotel was very well kept and clean. It is located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The bus stop is a very short distance across the street. I would stay there again.
