위치도 좋고 아파트도 이뻐요. 엘리베이터가 고전 영화에서나 볼 법한 거라서 신기했어요. 차 마시려고 전기포트 사용하려고 했는데 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하지 못한거만 빼고 모두 만족스러웠어요

구도심, 직물시장 등 구시가지와 대단히 가깝고..시설도 좋습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 바로 밑에 식료품점도 있어 여러모로 이용에 편리합니다. 다시 크라코프를 가게되면 또 이용하고 싶은 곳으로 강추합니다.

Ett hotell som ligger bra til i forhold til shopping og gamlebyen. Lå bra til slik at vi hadde ett rolig og fint opphold. Minuset var at vi fikk rom i 5 etasje uten heis. Men rommet va supert med to balkonger og flott utsikt. Rent og pent og kjempe god frokost som ble levert på døren hver morgen.

Helt ok så lenge du vet hva du kan forvente - vi ble litt overrasket da standarden var noe lavere enn hva vi forventet. Dette er i all hovedsak leiligheter og ikke et hotell, vi bodde i 5. etg uten heis. Frokost leveres som take away til rommet. Alt i alt helt ok, men alt var rent og pent!

Et greit hotell, vi hadde ett rom i 5 etasje med to terrasser og en flott utsikt. Minuset er at det ikke er heis så utrolig tungt å gå opp alle etasjene med koffert. Utrolig god frokost

Very loud in the morning due to room facing courtyard, very noisy when they empty the garbage. It is is an amazing location in old town Krakow, no need for car, can walk to everything or use the transit system.

I felt like I got catfished from the pictures on-line and the reviews. The room was old, and dirty. The appliances were worn and at times didn’t work (ran out of hot water multiple times) You would think if you had a room for 10 people there would be enough hot water for everyone. We got the largest room for a family that had older people and little kids, and it was not comfortable for anyone. It was cold, out of season. We mentioned this to the staff and they came to fix the heater - only to find out that the city didn’t have the heat on. Only after we complained later again - We were offered mobile heaters, but we never received anything. It was a terrible experience. I would never recommend or go back to this place again.

Friendly management, rustic charm with very modern bathroom, absolutely brilliant location.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very comfy bed. Slept so well. And we loved the vintage lift! Very friendly helpful staff on check in and out.

Walkable to every thing All tours we wanted to go on have hotel pickup because of the central location of the property Please not there is no elevator and luckily we were on the first floor but it is a four story hotel so you may have to carry a bag three or four flights

This property was perfect for a visit to Old Town. It was also close to tram stops. It had everything we needed. Guarded parking was a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Please note that there is no elevator, which may be problematic for some.

Location of this accommodation is very good: in the old town, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had room C02. This room has little privacy, because everyone walking by could see us through the windows (room lies lower than street level). And we were no fans of most of the breakfast choices offered by café Charlotte. We don’t like salads or quiche for breakfast. There was no regular butter. And some of the breakfast sets included freshly squeezed orange juice which we liked, but others only offered prefab orange juice in little plastic bottles.
