방에는 스토브, 냉장고, 조리 도구, 접시, 전자레인지, 싱크대 등 모든 주방 시설이 완비되어 있었습니다. 심지어 주방 세제까지 제공되었더군요. 넓은 공간이 정말 놀라웠습니다. 캐리어를 펼쳐도 좁지 않고 편하게 돌아다닐 수 있었고, 소파와 식탁이 있는 것도 큰 장점이었습니다. 단점은 방음이 전혀 안 된다는 것이었습니다. 밤에는 엄청 시끄러워서 밖에서 열리는 거리 파티 소리를 다 들어야 했습니다. 활기 넘치는 동네에 묵는 특기라고 할까요. 침대도 좀 좁았습니다. 폭이 1.5m에서 1.6m 정도밖에 안 됐어요. 이전에 묵었던 두 호텔과 비교하면, 몸을 웅크리고 자야 했습니다. 청결 상태는 대체로 괜찮았습니다. 주방 조리대에는 튀김 요리 냄새가 살짝 배어 있었지만, 나머지 공간은 아주 깨끗했습니다. 가격도 정말 저렴했어요. 하룻밤에 60만~70만 루피아 정도밖에 안 했거든요 (조식 불포함). 직원분들도 정말 친절했고, 저희 짐을 맡아주시는 것도 흔쾌히 허락해 주셨어요. 심지어 무거운 짐을 차에 실어주시기까지 해서 허리가 아프지 않도록 도와주셨죠.

호텔 주변에는 모든 편의시설이 편리하게 위치해 있지만, 객실은 다소 작고 천장이 낮습니다.

정말 좋은 숙소입니다. 주변에 맛집도 많고, 유명한 나나 플라자까지 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있어요. 센트럴 월드, 시암 아이콘 등 주변 명소까지도 차로 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 이 호텔에 10번 넘게 묵었는데 앞으로도 계속 올 거예요... 마치 "집" 같아요.

위치가 아주 좋습니다. BTS 나나역과 가까워서 편리했습니다. 넓은 객실과 친절한 직원, 여러 레스토랑과 상점이 바로 근처에 있어서 추천합니다.

새해 연휴 기간 동안 5박을 묵었습니다. 위치가 훌륭했고, 식당과 오락 시설이 많았습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 아주 쉬웠습니다. 객실은 꽤 깨끗했고, 제공되는 편의 시설은 충분 이상이었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았습니다. 그곳에서 머무는 동안 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

깨끗하고 좋은 호텔 객실, 5박을 묵었습니다. 객실에 전자레인지가 있어서 데울 것이 있거나 7-11에서 무언가를 사온 경우에 완벽합니다. 호텔 주변에 나이트클럽이 많지만 객실은 여전히 조용합니다. BTS 나나역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리입니다.

나나 BTS 역에서 호텔까지 무료 툭툭이가 있어서 편리했고, 도보로 8~10분 정도면 갈 수 있었습니다. 로비에서 무료로 제공하는 커피와 밀크티도 정말 맛있었습니다.

밤에는 냄새가 정말 심하고 시끄럽습니다.

The best gret location very clean big room.

Overall ok. Kamar sangat luas, dekat Stasiun BTS Nana, banyak restoran dan convenience store. Sedikit ada minus dekat bar, saat malam agak berisik.

Hotel is perfect, only the construction going on in the neighborhood is very noisy (Dec 2022).

this hotel is nice. it's aparthotel that provide you all the kitchen amennities i.g plates, bowls, folks, spoons, knife, scissor and anything more. you will feel like home and enjoy cooking cuz everything is ready. I have read many review said that the hotel us not soundproof. you can hear noise from outside. well, it didn't bad though. or even if it is, the earplug is provided next to your bed. one thing I like about this hotel is security. Most hotels need to tap a roomcard before going up. this hotel included. But it's extraordinary for me that we need to swipe our room card at the entrance door of the hotel if you get back super late. I love that.

The room was actually better than the picture (1 bed room type). Room was quite and cleaned everyday including kitchen utensils. There were two 40inch TVs-one in the bedroom and one in the living-room. Staffs were really nice, check in and check out was quite efficient. Free tuk-tuk to nearby MRT Sukhumvit station was really helpful since sometimes the traffic in Bangkok downtown was so bad to opt for taxi / grab-car especially during evening-rush hour. The -coffee-club downstairs was really cozy catering smoking and non-smoking area. All and all, the hotel was really giving the best for their price and as a truly 4 stars.

Competitive price with good services.

Firstly, I must say I love everything at this apartment hotel! Here at Citadines Sukhumvit 23 I have all the facilities and staff support I need to enjoy holidays in Bangkok: Super comfy, clean apartment with great view; Convenient tuk tuk service taking me to the BRT and MRT, also back to the hotel; Well equipped kitchen with all needed cooking utensils; Nice supportive staff always patient showing me around. To sum up, I feel like staying in my upgraded home in Bangkok! The location is perfect, too! After a shop until you drop day, I can always treat myself a late night meal with a wide variety of delicious street food at reasonable price (100 bht/som tum with fresh shrimps, crabs, 50-60 bht/noodle bowl, 20 bht/chicken wing). If you want to bring food back to hotel room, enjoying meal and watching TV while sitting in your sofa in your living room, there are bowls, dishes, forks, spoons and of course, chopsticks, all utensils you need. How about saving or cooking food for tomorrow? Fridge, microwave and electric cooker are available in the kitchen! Don't worry about the smell as cooker hood will take care of it! If you want to, the housekeepers will help clean dishes as they make up room 🙂. Also, have I mentioned that is is only 10 min walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall, 1 BTS station from Emporium and EmQuartier shopping complex, on the same BTS line with Siam (Chit Lom)? When I say 10 min walk I don't mean you need to walk in the crazy heat of Bangkok, there's tuk tuk service taking you to the complex (with air conditioner, hooray!), if you come back past tuk tuk service hour (9pm), walking back from BTS to hotel is safe as the street is always quite crowded. When confused, just pick up your phone and call the hotel, they will give detailed instruction! Of course, it is close to the bar quarter, yet I don't see any issue as the bar quarter is quite separated, plus, it might be a great point if you want to explore night life in Bangkok 😉!
