이 돈주고 잘만큼 좋은호텔이 아닙니다. 사진보다 더 열악하고 노후되었으며 더럽습니다. 엘리베이터 사용도 주의하세요 떨어질것같아 가능하면 계단을 이용했습니다. Worst hotel ever, I would better to go to motel. the room was dirty and bed sheet also please don't make reservation of this hotel.

Elevator didn’t work

La recepcionista de 9a. m. a 3 p. m. Fue bastante imprudente; el hotel está en pésimas condiciones, que incluso necesita una visita de protección civil, la alberca está humedeciendo toda la estructura, que incluso hay partes sostenidas con andamio; eso tarde o temprano ocasionará un accidente. Por su ubicación el hotel debería de ser de 3.5 estrellas como lo anuncian, pero le hace falta muchas reparaciones.

La Habitación que me asignaron 312 tenia chinches , yo y mi pareja estanos llenos de ronchas

Es un hotel que esta muy descuidado, la limpieza deja todo que desear. Hay cucarachas y salen en el área del baño y lavamanos. En general solo si se trata de una súper emergencia y que no haya nada más disponible se los recomendaría. SI LO PUEDEN EVITAR, EVITENLO.

La fachada está muy deteriorada, la primera impresión fue mala, el servicio bueno, la habitación limpia y el restaurante buen servicio.

El trato de recepción super mal, nos dijeron que por rentar por Expedia no teníamos muchos derechos en el hotel

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing and Poor Service I booked this hotel because the price was slightly lower than the average in the area, but I quickly realized why. The location is far more remote than it appears online, and the photos are misleading. Upon arrival, the front desk staff received me slowly and with confusion, almost as if I had done something wrong by booking. The hostess questioned me in an unprofessional manner, saying things like "How did you book online if all our rooms were blocked?" and asking "When did you book it? How did you do it?" — as if their system couldn’t confirm that information. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming. To top it off, I arrived at 2:57 PM and was told I had to wait because check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM — a pointless and petty delay of just three minutes. The hotel itself feels neglected. The carpets are old and dirty, the hallways smell musty, and I could see staff members gathered in regular guest rooms with doors wide open — not exactly a professional image. My room had no windows, making it feel stuffy despite the air conditioning. This place has potential, but it’s being wasted. It badly needs an upgrade in both appearance and customer service. Either invest in it properly or sell it to someone who will.

Property was okay, room was clean but definitely need to update the sheets and comforters (all were stained) The lady at front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. Food at restaurant was delicious!

Serio problema con el servicio , llegamos y sin toallas que hasta las 11 podían darnos toallas y nada, hasta el siguiente día y solo 2 en un servicio de 4

Gave us a room towards the traffic could not sleep very noisy the cars then birds and sun hitting our window the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window. Parking was too small to park and limited. Tv was not working asked to come fix and no one came. Terrible experience will not stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness and hygiene were unacceptable — the place was very dirty. On top of that, the staff were rude and showed no professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beds are old
