Comfortable beds , good breakfast , good service .

Breakfast could use signs and better organization.

Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is showing it's age a bit but we'll return. Note that there is an occasional train, but it did not disturb us.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful grounds, could see a wedding done there. Breakfast was included and very delicious

One soap bar only none in the shower, no garbage basket in living room, breakfast is closes at 9am

Breakfast was very good! Room cleanliness was not great, and the sink did not drain well. There was food under the bed (kids snacks) and the bathroom was not super clean.

The hotel is in a terrible condition. The toilet have hard time to flush, it smell humidity… probly because of the carpet

Le personnel est impeccable et très intentionné envers nous 5 étoiles! L’hôtellerie est vieillissante mais très très propre et les déjeuners sont plus que satisfaisants! Dommage que les repas du souper ne soient plus disponibles, mais nous comprenons très bien. Il y a environ 40 ans, c’était les premières expériences avec Pres du lac de Grand Sault. Nous avons renoué de bons souvenirs! Merci au personnel pour les bonnes attentions,

Room was very clean. Pool and hot tub was nice.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were super friendly. It was a slow time so the breakfast menu was missing a lot of items but this was told to us at check-in. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were super clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Room was clean and staff was polite. The sink for customer use was in the room and not the bathroom. This would have been ok but there was no mirror or light above the sink.

Shower didn’t drain, toilet barely flushed, couldn’t control temperature. Bed was comfy, good variety at breakfast

Tv did not work. Internet constantly cut out and could not use it.

The vibe was overall not great. Improving lighting and cleanliness would go a long way. My sleep was very disrupted by noise past quiet hours.

Started at the reception. Very easy and the receptionist was very knowledgeable regarding the hotel and area. The room was clean and warm. The accessories worked well. Breakfast was great!
