We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't use the bar so cannot comment on that

the staff were polite and helpful.

Do not stay here, a strange man entered our room in the middle of the night and we have been treated appallingly! Staff were unwilling to help at the time and we were lied to on numerous occasions. We ended up finding the culprit ourselves who admitted he had used a card to enter our room and the staff basically said we left the door open when we absolutely did not ! No sleep and full refund refused! Do not stay here find somewhere else that cares about your safety and security and serious staff issues resulting in no one being in charge during the night.

Lovely seaside hotel with vintage charm. The restaurant service and menu were very good.

The hotel is lovely the location is great and the staff is superb. We had such a wonderful time, would gladly come again. Would highly recommend a stay at the Burlington!

Staff couldnt have been more helpful

Burlington Hotel is a genuin and old english building with it´s history. For example in the elevator you feel like you travel back to the hotels big days. It is possible hard to keep the old air and make it modern. Although it need some renovation and fixing. A toilet with a step is not to recommend. Still I will stay at this hotel next time I visit Folkstone. The room is clean, the personal friendly and helpful. The breakfast had it all. I will recommend this hotel to friends.

Good location, I was able to get one of the self parking spaces, room was perfect for one, lucky to get a sea view, lovely breakfast and myself and my father felt it was good value. Also shower was good too :)

Clean and spacious room. Great staff and very dog friendly.

The staff are really friendly here. It’s a stone’s throw from the seafront (literally) and the breakfast was great - really good to see proper attention to vegetarian options and we could see there was a good meat option in the serve yourself buffet. It’s dog friendly too.

Scaffolding view through the window was not good. Did not have water from late night till morning 9:00. Not good

There was no water in the hotel this morning and although the hotel offered a discount it delayed the rest of our trip
