Habitaciónes que deben dar mantenimiento,el hotel a oscuras no prendían las lámparas que tienen. Elevador se descompuso,línea telefónica durante mi estancia sin línea,se reporto y no lo arreglaron

Cant beat the location, I found it old school charming, with a resident evil vibe. My cousin had a newly remodeled bathroom, i didn't, so ask for it.

What we liked most is that it transports you to the last century.

Everything was very safe the staff was great and friendly. The The staff was also very helpful in in giving directions and recomendations.

Decent property for just your basics. Great AC which was a must. Elevator didn’t feel the safest so opted to just walk up and down the stairs which I didn’t mind at all. Hallways are dark at night time not a lot of lighting. But location is excellent right in the middle of centro histórico.

I love staying at the older historical hotels in GDL. Hotel Francés just needs some extra touches. Like paint in the rooms and some dusting of the sofas in the reception area. Overall the place is okay. I wouldn’t stay there again just because there’s other hotel with similar prices and better quality. If you are looking for something reasonable priced and just need somewhere to sleep it’s good.

Excelente ubicación, habitación limpia

Old and needs some repairs, however great staff, does have a restaurant with descent food. Price is low average, but I guess it match the property.

Staff was great! Room was clean every day with clean towels daily.
