Great location

집에있는듯한 편안한 느낌을 주는 호텔

다 좋았는데 물이 너무 지져분했어요.수도물에서 작은 쓰레기가 나와 탕에 물 담으면 정말 기절하는정도요. 물탱크에 문제있는듯. 일단 프론트에 항의했는데 제대로 물탱크등등 청소해서 깨끗한 물 나오게 해줬으면해요!

Good in-room coffee service but did not have teaspoon in the room. Concierge was great with restaurant reservations. Also, hotel was pet friendly with no additional cost.

It was the one of my best hotel experience. The hotel's facility was excellent and employees are fantastic. All my family members were very very satisfied. You should try the spa located at 4th floor. It was amazing experience with Mandarin Oriental Boston. Thank you

Everyhting was perfect. Great Back Bay location. Amazing hotel with spacious room and bath. Super clean. Breakfast at Ramsey’s is also excelent.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well appointed.

I had been to the spa before but not the hotel. I had a room for one person thst had a sofa, king size bed and table with two chairs. They offer turn down service at night and the maid gave me two chocolates with a small card the had a beautiful line from a Bob Dylan song. The food was perfection. My only negative is the spa. They don’t give facials of manicures or pedicures anymore. The services all cost between $300-$450 each. They should have a slightly less expensive menu of services for people staying there

Amazing! Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Perfectly clean, very attentive and the most friendly staff we have ever encountered! Everything was arranged for a great stay! We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. They upgraded us because the room we booked was not ready yet. The hotel is safe and connects to the Prudential mall for shopping and more dining options. The staff and service were exemplary. We will definitely stay again.

Love our four nights stay at mandarin Oriental Boston. The room was spacious and room service was top notch. Will be back in the near future.

I was a guest for three nights this week and stayed on the 8th floor. Room 828. My entire stay I had guards and random men in suits pacing on my floor, in front of the elevator and sitting across from my door. At times I very worried to leave. And I felt uncomfortable walking the hallways with all these people. What was going on? Was a high profile person in the hotel? Was there a safety issue? No one would tell me what was going on. I want to know. I’m still anxious about it. It was incredibly uncomfortable as a single women staying in a hotel alone. What was happening where I wasn’t even allowed to be notified? Was my safety at risk? And if someone else was being protected, why couldn’t the hotel just have the decency to tell me, so that I knew what was going on. This was immensely unprofessional behavior. I paid to stay here also, and a lot of money. And this situation on my floor made it so uncomfortable. It was near unbearable. This is a very nice hotel in theory but the lack of communication and leaving guests in the dark like this made it such a horrible and vulnerable experience. What was going on? I’m still anxious about it.
