No complaints about this property. Room was great. Parking is rather expensive. I suggest maybe a discount for Bonvoy members?

It was a very nice room conveniently located downtown Moncton by lots of restaurants and shops.

The hot tub was terrible dirty, when you actually put the timer on for 15 minutes you could actually see the dirt coming out of the jets.... pool area was the same very dirty. Room, carpet was dirty. Never will go there again.

Clean but dated and lacking phone charger plugs.

Staff were great, breakfast was good, lots of choices. Beds were not comfortable, the hot tub was not hot, just lukewarm and did not look very clean

The staff is always friendly. Love how the lobby was decorated for Christmas Breakfast: if you could add more fresh fruit/ fruit salad The room: needed more cleaning of the tub caddy/ tower, the toilet seat cover came off( my husband fixed it), the iron needs to be replaced, the ironing board has seen better days. I DO love having a kitchen in the room: fridge was spotless, good counterspace,ect. The location is excellent

Very clean! Breakfast was awesome and staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to food allergies/intolerances which is a huge bonus for our family! Room and amenities were wonderful! Pool and hot tub were fun but are showing signs of age (hot tub was not that hot and jets didn’t work very well and bottom of pool had signs of wear) so if that’s important to you, be aware.

Mouse was seen in a friends room, daughter slipped and fell on sidewalk beside the door to hotel, and no sales of adult beverages at the market/front desk… parking is much more expensive than needs to be and not enough spots… sirens heard a lot from police station next door… wont be my first pic for next visit

La porte de l’ascenseur était stressante : elle se fermait puis se rouvrait à répétition, ou prenait énormément de temps avant de se fermer. Il y avait parfois des bruits et des tremblements, ce qui donnait l’impression que nous allions rester coincés à l’intérieur. J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, mais malheureusement, durant nos deux nuits, le jacuzzi n’a jamais été chaud et il n’y avait surtout aucune bulle. À une occasion, il n’y avait même pas d’essuie-mains pour se sécher dans la section piscine. L’eau de la piscine était aussi très froide. Sinon, la chambre était très propre, les employés souriants et le déjeuner très bon.
