전체 평가 및 리뷰 Albergo Commercio e Pellegrino

숙소가 산마르코 버스역 근처에 있어서 아주 편하고 명소가 주변에 많아서 볼게 많습니다. 다소 방이 좁지만 청결하고 잘 관리되어 있어요.

I have stayed in 3 different hotels in Venice, and this is the best one. I loved S.Marco so I watend to stay around there. And that was a perfect choice. The room was fine. Actually the water from the bathroom was not strong enough for me, but that was fine. Everyone who work there were so nice and friendly. Because of that, I want to give them great points. Single room is not that good, but double bed room is fine enough to stay. Just like the pic. If I visit Venice, I would stay here for long time.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. You can reach this hotel in 2mins by walk from san zaccaria stn. Supermarket is nearby and it takes 10mins and lovely restaurants are just nearby also. The most impressive thing was lift. You don't have to carry your luggage with climbing stairs. Although this hotel has a lot of attractive things, room is small and door lock is not automatic so you always need to pay attention about locking the door after entering your room. Because I got bad experience that once I forgot to lock my room's door in the morning on my third day in here, somebody knock my door and opened without my reply. I closed and locked the door very fast. I informed about this issue to the concierge but staff said they cannot do anything cause they don't know who opened the door, do not have any CCTV on all floors and security guard. I want to share my good and bad experiences in this hotel honestly. I wish all of you who read this feedback have good journey in Venice. 바포레토 역에서 내려 2분도 걸리지 않고 산 마르코광장에서 걸어서 5분거리에요. 위치는 환상적이고 슈퍼마켓이나 레스토랑도 근처에 있는데다 엘리베이터도 있어 편하게 묵었어요. 하지만 열쇠를 쓰기 때문에 방에 들어가시고 나서는 항상 방문 잠그는 걸 잊지마세요. 조식을 먹은다음 방에 올라와서 한 번 잊어버린 적이있는데 누가 노크를 하고서는 그대로 방문을 열어버려 놀라서 바로 소리지르며 방문을 닫았는데 호텔측에서는 아무것도 해줄 수 없다는 답변을 받았어요. 좋은 위치와 엘리베이터가 있는 반면 방이 다소 좁고 안전 관련해 예민하신 분들은 다시 생각해보시길 바래요 :)

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 산마르코 광장까지 걸어서 1~2분이면 갈수있습니다. 오래된 호텔이고, 인테리어도 오래된 느낌이지만 와이파이와 무선프린터 서비스는 완비하고 있습니다. 사람 왕래가 많은 지역이지만, 이중창으로 되어있어서 소음은 전혀 들리지 않습니다. 방도 생각보다 넓고, 욕실도 넓습니다. 조식도 만족스러웠습니다.

평점이 좋아서 예약했는데 정말 너무너무 별로에요 쾌쾌한 냄새나고 객실 상태 너무 안좋고 오래되고 안좋아요 침대상태도 안좋고 이불로 오래된 담요가 2겹으로 있는데 밤새 온몸이 가려워 덥지도 않고 침대 구석에서 긁적 긁적... 한숨도 못잤어요 아 ... 생각만해도 괴롭네요... 그래서 2박잡은거 하루 밤새고 나머지일박은 도저히 잘 수 없어 그냥 나왔습니다 호텔 닷컴 평정 정말 의문이 생기네요 호텔 닷컴에 침대 메트리스 위 이상한 알 같은거 찍은 사진과 함께 크레임 할려고요 정말 정말 가려워서 기분 망치고 잠 못자서 피곤하고 어제 베니스 다 망쳤어요 평점에 신뢰성이 있었으면 합니다

프론트 아저씨가 친절하심ㅎㅎ아침도 맛있음 바포레토 선착장이 바로 뒤라 좋음.

Excelente estadia!! Achei a decoracao do quarto muito fofa, acomodacao confortavel e a localizacao simplesmente perfeita!! Perto da estacao de barcos que chegam do trem e perto da estacao de barcos que vao pro aeroporto, colado na praca sao marcos tb!! Cafe da manha muito bom!!

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Very clean. Easy walking distance to the water transportation and convenient to nearby restaurants. Both minutes away.

Everything was perfect, from our early arrival with the staff doing their most to still give us a room, the clean room, the quick and nice service for breakfast, and the great localisation. Only thing about the room, the walls are maybe a little thin because it can be noisy. We enjoyed our stay here a lot, thank you very much !

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la parada del vaporeto sin embargo cuando llegamos a Venecia había marea alta por lo que la parada más cercana estaba cerrada, y había una fila inmensa para tomar el vaporeto por lo que esperamos más de 2 horas con bebé, fue muy pesado, sin embargo eso no fue responsabilidad del hotel aún así lo comento por que puede llegar a suceder. La habitación muy pequeña y calurosa, les pregunté si había manera de prender el clima a lo que me contestaron que era octubre ( 10 de octubre del 2024) por lo que los climas estaban clausurados y tenía que abrir las ventanas, lo hicimos pero fue muy incómodo por el ruido, las aves volando y los bichos entrando por lo que fue una noche terrible. El desayuno… bueno y variado. El personal de entrada súper amable pero el de guardia que al que le preguntamos lo del clima bastante grosero. Yo en general le daría 7/10 Yo viaje en familia con una bebé y fue muy pesado poder conciliar el sueño debido a las situaciones mencionadas previamente. El precio bastante caro para este tipo de servicio. no lo recomiendo por el precio, ahora si quieres pagar ubicación NADA MÁS, está bien, pero a expensas de una noche poca conciliadora.

Clean and well located hotel with very friendly staff

This is a small Boutique Hotel in a great location. We had room 101 with windows on the alley, Calle de La Rasse. We checked in Friday 8 pm and out Sunday 630am. Alley was a little noisy. Hotel directly across alley doing extensive construction so beware of weekday noise. No 110 ac or USB charging ports in the room. Shower extremely tiny, so beware big people. Entered the hotel after a long travel day with delays and had a bit of trouble entering the small vestibule with small width double doors. As we entered there were two staff members snickering at the adjacent front desk, felt it was do to our entrance. Rather than offering help to hold the doors open they had a good laugh on us and we weren't that bad! The continental breakfast included was nice, good coffee and typical pastries, cereal and cold cuts. Had a small room safe that the room key didn't match, not electronic. 5 minute walk to the Alilaguna ferry. Overall we were happy with the hotel. Lastly, we felt very safe in Venice!

Wonderful six night stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Excellent breakfast of pastries, juices, cereals, cheese, sliced meats, coffee or espresso, yogurt, bread, jam, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs. Elevator always worked. Just steps away from San Marco Square, Vaporetto, food. Groceries and laundromat 10 minutes.

Habitación justa de tamaño pero cómoda. El personal muy atento y agradable. Desayuno bastante completo. Situación excelente, al lado del puente de los suspiros.

This was a very cute place that was located really close to a waterbus stop! We have no trouble finding it. The staff were very attentive and resolved an issue we had with the outlets with expediency. The bathroom was spacious and the air conditioning was great after being out on a hot day. There was also a good light breakfast that we were able to take advantage before heading out for our adventure. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

Hôtel parfait idéalement situé. Accueil et service très agréable. Belle et grande chambre. Petit déjeuner inclus très bon. Connexion wifi particulièrement bonne. Excellent hôtel dans sa catégorie.

Great location, large room and very friendly service. The shower/bathroom facilities are a bit basic and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’d ever slept on, but it was fine for a short stay. The walls are pretty thin so some neighbours with loud voices at 6.45am could have been done without.
