숙소가 산마르코 버스역 근처에 있어서 아주 편하고 명소가 주변에 많아서 볼게 많습니다. 다소 방이 좁지만 청결하고 잘 관리되어 있어요.

I have stayed in 3 different hotels in Venice, and this is the best one. I loved S.Marco so I watend to stay around there. And that was a perfect choice. The room was fine. Actually the water from the bathroom was not strong enough for me, but that was fine. Everyone who work there were so nice and friendly. Because of that, I want to give them great points. Single room is not that good, but double bed room is fine enough to stay. Just like the pic. If I visit Venice, I would stay here for long time.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. You can reach this hotel in 2mins by walk from san zaccaria stn. Supermarket is nearby and it takes 10mins and lovely restaurants are just nearby also. The most impressive thing was lift. You don't have to carry your luggage with climbing stairs. Although this hotel has a lot of attractive things, room is small and door lock is not automatic so you always need to pay attention about locking the door after entering your room. Because I got bad experience that once I forgot to lock my room's door in the morning on my third day in here, somebody knock my door and opened without my reply. I closed and locked the door very fast. I informed about this issue to the concierge but staff said they cannot do anything cause they don't know who opened the door, do not have any CCTV on all floors and security guard. I want to share my good and bad experiences in this hotel honestly. I wish all of you who read this feedback have good journey in Venice. 바포레토 역에서 내려 2분도 걸리지 않고 산 마르코광장에서 걸어서 5분거리에요. 위치는 환상적이고 슈퍼마켓이나 레스토랑도 근처에 있는데다 엘리베이터도 있어 편하게 묵었어요. 하지만 열쇠를 쓰기 때문에 방에 들어가시고 나서는 항상 방문 잠그는 걸 잊지마세요. 조식을 먹은다음 방에 올라와서 한 번 잊어버린 적이있는데 누가 노크를 하고서는 그대로 방문을 열어버려 놀라서 바로 소리지르며 방문을 닫았는데 호텔측에서는 아무것도 해줄 수 없다는 답변을 받았어요. 좋은 위치와 엘리베이터가 있는 반면 방이 다소 좁고 안전 관련해 예민하신 분들은 다시 생각해보시길 바래요 :)

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 산마르코 광장까지 걸어서 1~2분이면 갈수있습니다. 오래된 호텔이고, 인테리어도 오래된 느낌이지만 와이파이와 무선프린터 서비스는 완비하고 있습니다. 사람 왕래가 많은 지역이지만, 이중창으로 되어있어서 소음은 전혀 들리지 않습니다. 방도 생각보다 넓고, 욕실도 넓습니다. 조식도 만족스러웠습니다.

평점이 좋아서 예약했는데 정말 너무너무 별로에요 쾌쾌한 냄새나고 객실 상태 너무 안좋고 오래되고 안좋아요 침대상태도 안좋고 이불로 오래된 담요가 2겹으로 있는데 밤새 온몸이 가려워 덥지도 않고 침대 구석에서 긁적 긁적... 한숨도 못잤어요 아 ... 생각만해도 괴롭네요... 그래서 2박잡은거 하루 밤새고 나머지일박은 도저히 잘 수 없어 그냥 나왔습니다 호텔 닷컴 평정 정말 의문이 생기네요 호텔 닷컴에 침대 메트리스 위 이상한 알 같은거 찍은 사진과 함께 크레임 할려고요 정말 정말 가려워서 기분 망치고 잠 못자서 피곤하고 어제 베니스 다 망쳤어요 평점에 신뢰성이 있었으면 합니다

프론트 아저씨가 친절하심ㅎㅎ아침도 맛있음 바포레토 선착장이 바로 뒤라 좋음.

Room great. Staff was lovely. My only criticism is that there were no tissues in the room.

Tudo ótimo e perfeito, quarto lindo e confortável. Atendimento gentil e atento tanto da recepção, café da manhã e camareiras. Muitas opções por perto ! A única coisa a melhorar com melhor planejamento é o café da manhã que é de 8-10:30, formos às 9 e já não tinha quase nada e não vi reposição .

Achei o quarto um pouco desconfortável, ar condicionado desligado e quarto muito quente. Reclamei, mas disseram que pela época do ano , ficavam desligado. Não gostei nesse quesito, porém a posição do hotel em relação aos principais pontos turísticos é formidável.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. We particularly liked the breakfast. The only drawback was that the room was small with limited spots for our luggage.

We had a great time staying here! The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is great, very close to San Marco square as well as stops for the water bus which can take you all over the island. The breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend!

The location of this hotel could not have been better! Just a short walk to just about everything. The rooms were so clean, and the staff maintaining them were so cheerful and kind 💜. Check in and out was a breeze and recommendations were good. Breakfast was abundant and good quality.
