La atención del personal es excelente.

Es mi hotel favorito en Taxco, clásico, todos los servicios, habitaciones agradables, el personal súper atento. Me la paso genial, vamos en pareja tres o cuatro veces al año.

No había shampoo ni shower gel en el baño. Un cojín de la cama estaba lleno de pelos (sucio). No servía el teléfono para llamar a recepción. Fuimos a la terraza, queríamos tomar algo y el mesero nos ignoró. Le hablamos dos veces y en ambos casos nos dijo: "en un momento voy". Pero nunca fue.

Very slow service and the food was cold we order the order was wrong we didn’t eat at the hotel after that at all. It was our first impression a very different hotel and the weekend when was full there in the week not the same.

El servicio en la alberca deja mucho desear, tuve que ir a buscar al mesero 4 veces jajajaja

La habitación estaba limpia te dejan un café de cortesía (cafetera y sobre de café), la vista excelente en la habitación y muy cómoda.

Room was very clean, staff slightly above average, breakfast is not included, coffee is very bad. May need an AWD if it rains as access road gets very slippery. Restaurant should keep better quality meals to keep guests at the hotel.

El lugar sigue estando muy lindo. Los anfitriones dan todo para mantener el buen ánimo de los huéspedes. La comida y bebidas muy ricas. Lo mejor es la hermosa vista de Taxco desde las habitaciones panorámicas! Es más bien familiar, si se busca diversión para todos.

The hotel is the most relaxing way to enjoy Taxco. The town is so dense because of the mountainside location, that you need a place to retreat from the noise, traffic and density of the folks working thier way up and down the cobblestone streets (with no sidewalks). The hotel provides a welcome respite. The Saturday night fiesta was similar to cruise ship entertainment, smart, sassy and fun. We enjoyed it all. Gracias. What I would suggest to management for weekend entertainment: The circular palapa club that overlooks the pool has a spectacular night view of the city. HIRE THE TRIO that played during the Sunday brunch: Los Betos. They were older, traditional and played all the songs from the 40s and 50's that all mexicanos love. Unfortunately, that night, the hotel had a singer guitarist, who was not on par with the other entertainment. Easy fix, and older folks will have a nice place to hang out with romantic tunes on stage. IMHO.

Personal muy atento y habitación limpia

Hotel and amenities are amazing. Especially if you come with family and want kids to be able to run around freely. Big pool with lots of chairs and a million dollar view. Same view for restaurant. Unfortunately our stay was off to a bad start when we showed up and they didn’t have a room ready at check-in time. Reservation was made 2 weeks prior. Restaurant food is great, service is poor with the exception of Alejandro, he was a jewel. Same for pool area, you will have to find your waiters.
