Holes in the curtains, only 2 pillows for a king size bed. Asked for another, was told no. Waited 10 minutes for hot water in the shower. Very bad area of town.

It wasn’t horrible, but priced higher than it should be. The pet fee is different than what is listed on Hotels. The breakfast was a joke. 2 choices of cereal, 2 choices of fruit, and a waffle maker is what they consider breakfast. Which you also can’t take back to your room for whatever reason. The hallway to the rooms reeked of weed. The hot tub was lukewarm. The rooms were actually clean and decent.

Nice pool and hout tub, but no towels, small children overran the hot tub. Breakfast was terrible, only waffles and juice!

Room was very night and old. I checked out after the first night. Called for a refund and told never staid there. Sent picture proof and showed my keycard.

Great nights sleep! Clean relaxing room. Breakfast was a Plus.

You get what you pay for, but this property was not like anything i've ever stayed in. Did not feel safe.

The hotel is a bit scary from the outside. The room was pretty clean. The sheets smelled kind of bad. There are “no smoking” signs all over the front of the building but they still offer smoking rooms. We requested non smoking but walked through clouds of smoke-weed and tobacco- on the way to our room. Our room was FREEZING when we got to it. The water was COLD. We called about it and were told it might take time however, after running the water for 20 minutes that never happened. Cold water the next morning too. Overall bad stay. Do not recommend.

Older property that needs maintenance! The best was a warm indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was rude and unresponsive.

Our room was very clean. It was cold when we got there but the heater was efficient and after the room warmed up we had a comfortable night. We appreciated the quietness and the brightly lit parking areas.

It was a cold shower on a night of record breaking snow fall.

It was just ok. Not great and not terrible. I submitted a picture of either a hair or fuzz on bathroom towel…..

Very noisy lots of road and hall way noise, if looking for a quiet place this is not it!

I'm trying to find something positive to say because I do not like to be a negative person however there was not much positive about this experience. Actually, here: They have someone present for 24 hr check in. This allowed us to come in late from our conference (about 10:30 pm) so that we could get a good night rest before leaving at 7:30 am to return to the conference... Except, we didnt get that good sleep. When we went to go find our room, the entire 'conference center' main area was completely dark. Most of the hotel was dark and creepy. We had to follow a dimly lit hallway and *hope* it led us to our room, and not a dungeon like it appeared. Once in our room we hoped the door lock was secure because it felt like a very shady place. We were asleep by about midnight but 30 minutes later were awoken by blood curdling screaming and yelling and stomping feet running up and down our hallway right outside our door. Doors slamming and eventually, car doors right outside our window slamming with continued screaming. I heard a male voice enter a room and say "What the (bleep) happened in here?!" Lets just say I didnt want to know, but the commotion lasted for about an hour, and we couldnt sleep well after it finally ended. On our way out at 7:30 am, we went to grab a piece of fruit and muffin from the continental breakfast area (In the creepy dark area with a lightbulb illuminating), and a creepy staff person stared watching us. Signs said 'ONLY TAKE 1'.
