It wasn't so easy to find the place, but everything was great. Friendly and kind staff, very classic and elegant atmosphere and excellent breakfast options. I would love to stay again!

7시부터 조식인데 시간이 지켜지지 않았고 심지어 조식식당에서 준비가 되지 않았다며 무례하게 쫓아내기까지 했습니다. 아침부터 언성을 높여 매우 불쾌하였습니다. 굉장히 오래된 건물이라 멋은 있었지만 방이 굉장히 작아 두명이 지내기엔 캐리어를 열어놓을수도 없어 불편했습니다.

Fantastic old style hotel that had a first class service. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Situated in a quiet area but not far from The Square with restaurants and the famous astronomical clock. Bedrooms and breakfast were good and would highly recommend this privately owned hotel for a really fabulous stay in Prague.

Hotel Hastal is a beautiful, well maintained historic property where most sites are within walking distance. The staff was helpful, the room was good value for money, and rides to and from the airport where easily made. I would stay here again! 5 stars!

A great option if you want to say in Old Town. Excellent location. So much is only a short walk from the hotel and the tram is close if you are going further. The hotel itself is quite charming. The breakfast is absolutely top notch. Tons of great options. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our particular room was a bit snug for two and the bathroom is a tight fit but not a big issue. The positives far outweighed that minor drawback. We would absolutely stay here again.

Dejligt autentisk familieejet hotel med suveræn beliggenhed i den hyggelige gamle bydel med gåafstand til 'must-see' seværdigheder. Velindrettet rummeligt værelse med altan og dejligt badeværelse. Lækker morgenbuffet, venligt og serviceminded personale.

A beautiful historic art deco hotel with wonderful amenities. The location is perfect for seeing the sights. Staff is very helpful

The hotel is excellent!!!! Clean, friendly personnel, tasty breakfast. Very special place. Feels like you are stepping back into golden age of Prague, ArtDeco style. Location is very convenient for touring, walking around and close to the restaurants, theaters and museums. I would highly recommend this hotel for staying in Prague.

The staff is really nice and attentive

Hotel with an old charm and well maitained. Our room and bathroom where on the smaller size. Shower is small and can be an issue but we are petite so it was just ok for us. Breakfast options are nice. Easy walk to all attractions. We would stay in this hotel again.

Ett riktigt bra familjeägt hotell som låg bra till med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Området var lugnt. Frukosten var bra - var fräscht och hade bra urval. Mysig atmosfär och baren var riktigt häftig i ett gammalt bankvalv. Personal var trevlig och tillmötesgående och städningen var bra. Enda minuset var att sängen var riktigt hård men min sambo tyckte den var bra. Ett plus var att man fick ta vin och kaffe när man ville. Härftig historia om hotellet. Skulle 100% komma tillbaka.

very friendly staff , great breakfast. We had a great room in a mini apartment at the top of the building - lovely. Hotel very atmospheric - full of antiques and quirky features. Position of the hotel is very convenient for the old town and the river. They were very helpful in arranging a lift to the airport and let us sit in the garden even after we had checked out. Hot drinks and snacks are always available in the hallway.

We stayed just one night but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast offering was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable.

Erittäin ystävällinen ja kohtelias palvelu. Kaunis vanhahko hotelli. Huoneet olivat korkeat ja viihtyisät, ilmastointi toimi. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Myös kuohuviiniä oli tarjolla.
