뉴저지 소재 출장으로 숙박했어요 고급호텔은 아니지만 괜찮아요 깨끗하고 친절했어요 다음 출장에도 OK

방이 냄새도 많이 나고,(제가 잘 못 알았는데 흡연방을 선택했더라고요, 금연방은 어떤지 잘 모르겠습니다. 바퀴벌레가 기어 다니더라고요,, 자고 일어나면 입었던 옷에서 침구류에 배어있던 냄새가 옷에까지 배었어요..

최악의 여행, 객실에는 담배공초와 담배 냄새 침구류는 엉망이고 우리나라 여인숙 수준 호텔 입니다. 두번다시는 이런 호텔이 호텔스 닷컴에 제발 올려 놓지 마시기 바랍니다.

Its a place just to spend the night. Basic stuff nothing fancy. Bathroom is definitely not like picture. Halls smell as smoking.. I would stay again

Continental Breakfast included not protein (Eggs or Sausages:(, Towels were very Old, Scruffy, and shower Curtains were ripped:(.

Not recommended 😭😩😒 This hotel is dirty and unclean. We only stayed there for a few seconds and once we entered the room we decided to leave immediately. I do not recommend it.

It was not a place to bring your kids or one’s self. My children and I were taken back by the smell, greeted by roaches, and no door knob on bathroom. Outside the hotel, had a weird vibe. We did not stay more than a minute. The property understood and I was issued a refund…

Horrible, everything is dirty and smells like smoke, the blankets were all full of cigarette burns, sink and tub would not drain water it’s all disgusting . Shower didn’t have hot water, front desk people super unfriendly. What’s shown online is absolutely not what the hotel looks like and it’s in fact s motel and mind you this was not cheap, I chose this one because the pictures looked decent and I needed something close to MetLife i absolutely do not recommend I also did not feel safe at all

My wife and I were on a long road trip and paid the Capri Inn for a room to sleep in before getting up the next morning to finish our long trip and arrive home. Unfortunately, we could not sleep becuase the room next door threw an after hours party from 12:30 through ? ? ? We left a little after 2 am when we realized they weren't going to stop. The employee at the desk said he couldn't help me, made no effort to resolve the issue, nor did it seem he even he cared. I asked for a refund and was told flat out no. He kept repeating they wouldn't help me without elaborating why they wouldn't help me (just that they couldn't) he couldn't even be botherer to offer an apology. They seemed defensive and angry that we were upset with the given circumstances rather than being concerned one of their guests was having an awful experience. They made no attempt to remedy the situation (offering a different room, asking the people next door to be quiet, etc.) If you are considering renting a room at this establishment to have an argument with your friends or family, test your new chainsaw or leaf blower, test air horns, breed livestock, etc. Then this is your spot! Be loud and discourteous, this organizstion doesn't care!!! If you are booking a room in a hotel to be able to get some sleep . . . please reconsider. The walls are paper thin and the ownership/staffing doesn't care about the experience you have with them.

I like the ubication of it, very close to worked. The place need some maintenance and some of the staff need to be more welcoming.

service was overall terrible never got new towels even i after i left them easy to grab. Counter was no better after nit even realizing they had washing machines and no change available.
