Hotelli itsessään oli hieno ja perinteikkään oloinen, sijainti aivan keskustassa. Kylpylä oli oikein kiva pienten lasten kanssa ja oli hauskaa vaihtelua käydä erilaisissa saunoissa, mm. suolasaunassa. Myös aamiainen oli hyvä ja kaikki perusainekset löytyi pöydästä. Ainoa iso miinus oli huoneemme takka, jonka takia olohuoneemme haisi voimakkaalta savulta. Huonetta ei voinut vaihtaa, koska hotelli oli täynnä. Onneksi säät olivat sellaiset että ikkunoita pystyi pitämään jatkuvasti auki, muuten olisi savun hajussa nukkuminen ollut mahdotonta.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli / kylpylä. Huoneessa hyvä illmastointi. Hotellivieraan kylpyläkäynti helppoa. Huoneavain allasbaariin ja istuinpyyhe tiskiltä saunaa varten mukaan. Kylpytakki jätetään johonkin. Avulias henkilökunta. Selkeä hotelli. Tullaan ehdottomasti uudelleen.

Good spa one of the best hotels in Kuressaare.

Huone oli siisti, mutta sängyt olivat tosi pehmeät eli loppu. Asiaa oli yritetty korjata tupla petareilla. Amiainen hyvä. Sijainti erinomainen Ei ollut omaa parkkeerausaluetta, piti yleiselle parkkipaikalle pysäköidä.

Ok sijainti ,ei ihan uusi mutta toimiva kokonaisuus.

Meillä oli kaksi huonetta, molemmat oikein siistejä.

Staff, breakfast, spa, sauna

Very friendly staff, clean room and spa, good breakfast, excellent location in the centre of Kuressaare.

Meille tarpeeksi ja aamiainen hyvä ja tuoretta. Ainoa mikä haittasi oli, että aivan huoneen 126 ikkunan takana tietyön meluavat koneet aamusta iltakahdeksaan. Olimme päivät kiertelemässä Saarenmaata, joten lepohetket uintien jälkeen olisivat olleet paikallaan. Ainoana korvauksena saimme yhden(1) pikkupullon kuohuvaa. Ei tietenkään hotellin vika, mutta…

Tv rikki, sänky huono, likainen, jääkaappi ei toimi, wc veti huonosti, kylpylä vesi likainen, tunkkainen. 0/5

Gym and spa were really good, but the music from spa area started already early morning around 5 although spa area opened at 9. At least Gym should be open earlier than 9. Breakfast excellent and staff friendly.

Like any other spa and hotel. Overall all good.

Easy walking distance to the citadel park. Good wifi and a very nice breakfast.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Tilat siistit ja viihtyisät. Aamiainen hyvä. Huone oli hiljainen. Miinusta huonoista patjoista ja tyynyistä. Ne voisi uusia. Suihkusta tuli aluksi vain kuumaa vettä, mutta ystävällinen henkilö respasta korjasi asian. Kylpylä oli meluinen ja siellä oli mahdoton rentoutua, vaikka ei ollut enää kesän sesonkiaika.

Fabulous spa area that really couldn’t be faulted ( except a plan in English would have helped me navigate it). The treatments were wonderful and all three practitioners were top notch. Room and terrace were up to scratch but the bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast buffet was more that adequate. The staff were great. I’d love to return!

We had a very nice visit. The spa is excellent, with many different saunas and pools. I highly recommend the salt sauna, where you can rub yourself with salt. Bring your own pool slippers! The hotel offers bathrobes and towels, but no slippers unless you buy them at the reception. The pool area has slippery floor, this could be a problem for elderly people so be careful! The breakfast was good, the beds moredate quality. The rooms were tidy, the atmosphere quiet and calm. The hotel is situated right next to town square, where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. This hotel is an ideal spot for a relaxing romantic getaway!

It’s a very convenient property - right off the main square. Parking is not n the street so limited.

Olemme olleet monta kertaa Kuressaaressa, mutta ensimmäinen kerta tässä hotellissa. Mutta ei viimeinen! Erinomainen sijainti, hotellin fasiliteetit, palvelu, kylpylä, aamiainen.... Tulemme uudestaan👍

Hôtel bien placé dans la petite ville, avec un parking gratuit en face. De là on rayonne facilement sur l'île peu peuplée. Sur place tout se parcoure aisément à pied. Espace wellness très complet (piscines, hammams, saunas, soins, etc) mais bruyant à cause de la verrière et piscine un peu froide comparée au reste des bassins. La déco des chambres n'est pas du meilleur goût, certainement modernisée au fils des dernières décennies mais qui donne l'impression d'être datée par le choix des meubles, têtes de lits, tissus,... Cela reste confortable mais lit un peu mou à notre goût. Tarif pas en relation avec la prestation (465 € pour 3 nuits), même si le spa compense en partie. Il manquait des bouteilles d'eau, pas de machine à café ni bouilloire, impensable dans ce genre d'établissement ailleurs en Europe. Mais le choix local est limité donc... Joli espace petit déjeuner dans des caves voûtées.
